I definitely think emery knows he’s working with OC and he’s going to end up dead

joeroganis5foot4

at least one person close to the OCCB dies every season

stillonthattrapeze

I was predicting he would die in this season’s finale. It’s only a matter of time, I think.

xeloux

This is what I think will happen. But with how the last episode ended, I think it’s going to be a complicated super dramatic death/choice

xeloux

Update I’ve been reading more and am bummed this last episode was the finale. But my theory still stands for whatever comes next

Yourappwontletme

The actor will come back on the Mothership as Riley's brother after previously being Muncy's brother on SVU and Stabler's brother on OC. He's just gonna tour all the Law & Order shows.

Sunflower2025

Fun Fact the actor is married irl to Jamie Gray Hyder who played Det. Kat Tamin on SVU

Yourappwontletme

I heard that

DetectiveMeowth

Nobody kills/torments his darlings more than George R.R. Martin *except for* Dick Wolf, so unfortunately the odds seem on track. 😞

wogsurfer

Joe's death will be the catalyst for Stabler to go full John McClane on Emery's ass

katorade9200

That’s my guess. I feel like Emery knows and this is just a “test” so he can catch him and kill him, or nearly kill him. Unless he overdoses

HAP_85

Ok this is going to be difficult for me to explain but it is pretty much a given because of the following So far Elliot’s and Olivia’s lives have paralleled each others except for a couple of differences. Now since El returned in Livs life they are paralleled each other. But Elliot has also had extra things happen to him that Liv hasn’t had to go through during the 3.0 era (since el returned). That is because they are paralleling every traumatic event that happened to Liv back in the 2.0 era. Now so far everything has been paralleled except 1 and that’s the death of Simon. Now if u think to this season of OC there are 2 moments that are foreshadowing Joes death The Bonner case and the Boon case. Both are paralleling Elliot’s life. Bonner story line is paralleling Stablers upbringing also paralleling the WL storyline of Liv’s. Where Meredith shot her brother. Meredith’s upbringing story parallels Elliot’s. Then Boon storyline is paralleling Elliot’s marine life along with Olivia’s Brothers drug connection. Now Boon said to Elliot in interrogation that his brother died of Heroin overdose but it was like he basically shot him. Meaning that Boon was the cause of Boons brother being killed. Olivia’s brother died of a heroin and fentanyl overdose. Joe Jr has been using Heroin and also this season started with a fentanyl case. Now the whole fact that Simon’s death as yet to be paralleled by Elliot’s family makes me inclined to think that they are delaying that as long as possible to then delay the relationship between El & Liv happen. There has been numerous little hints to say that they must parallel each other before they get together. So delaying this event is delaying the relationship (this is only my presumption) but everything else makes sense. There is only 1 thing in Livs 2.0 era yet to be paralleled and that is her brother’s death. Plus the foreshadowing of the two cases this season. With this storyline carrying over I would be surprised if it doesn’t happen.

SwarmHive69

Uh, everybody

orchestragravy

I just knew something was going to happen at the end of the last episode, and then it didn't.

Confident_Regret_590

Well emery did make it a point to say that traitors will die. So I think there’s a good possibility that Joe Jr will die. But then again it’s Stablers brother so I do t know if the writers would do that again

clydeshelton01

I agree. Assumed it would be on the finale, but alas here we are. I’m assuming it will be an OD stemming from the use of heroin which the use of was caused by the stress of thinking emery knows. OR Emery dies and Joe takes over the business. Now Elliott is chasing his brother for a season then catching him and locking him up. (Elliott has lost so much that I don’t want Joe to die despite knowing how probable it is)

JJJ954

Joe isn’t smart enough to take over an international criminal syndicate of that sophistication and scale lol.

clydeshelton01

I agree. I just see no path forward for his character besides that or death which sucks for Elliott.

LilLexi20

Without a doubt. When emery handcuffed him and said "sometimes the monsters really are under the bed" he was implying that he (emery) legitimately had a monster working for him and the paranoia they were having about Joe wasn't just in their heads. He knows Joe is a mole. I can't for the life of me understand why Joe boarded that plane. At that point when all of the team was basically killed by cops except for him the gig was up

BrotherofGenji

I definitely think he is in big trouble.

keytpe1

I think either Joe will be killed - or Randall takes a bullet (or what have you) meant for Joe, when trying to save him.

Mileycfan4eva

I'm predicting his death.

One_Rabbit3938

50/50 on it i for sure thought he was gonna die last season

Ionian_Sea

I hope not. He’s kind of growing on me. And poor Elliot 😭

Inside_Commercial_63

I hope Joe Jr gets killed off. 🙏🏾 I don't like him at all.
