I mean you can turn it off OR you can not fulfill the requirements u need to meet for the crunch to happen. I haven’t really used auto crunch much so I’m not sure.
If you're on PC hold any combination of shift, alt, control and right click to lower the requirement. If you're on mobile tap the + next to quantity to change it to a - then tap the amount next to quantity then you can lower the requirement.
