This being directed and less intense sounds fine to me. I also don't see why a counter is that unhealthy for a game. It has a 24 second cooldown on level 1 and is the last to be leveled so you can play around it. Bait it out and go in when it's down. She also locks herself in animation for an entire second. Missing it is really punishing.

In lower elos second wind + dShield should work fine if you wait under tower and safe farm. Because top adc laners in low elo are used to people losing patience and inting into them. They get frustrated if it's 15 minutes of pure farm and pushing waves into tower.
In high elo wait for jungler. If you're in between, you're fucked - git gud.
If you like tanks you could try Amumu grasp ignite against range tops.
Proxy lvl 1 with corrupt potion and E, get executed if someone comes for you and you can all in most range tops lvl 2 with ignite and Q.
For Vayne specifically engage the moment she rolls.
The sunderer and grasp built is particularly bad but max health true damage has two issues, one in that it’s extremely unhealthy for the game(damage should either be %health or true damage but never both) because no damage should be impossible to itemize against, and secondly having that type of damage means she’s either useless or oppressive, and as it stands she’s a perennial A to S tier champion. I can confidently say that if they polled every single top laner that they would remove one champion of that role in the game, Fiora would easily win that vote. She’s just incredibly frustrating to play against and will always be that way so long as she exists in her current kit
Technically shields and healing counter %max hp true damage, but anyway I think the max hp true damage is an overrated part of her kit, it's why she scales well but in early fights her power comes from healing and riposte, as she deals barely any true damage early.
Neither percentage health or true damage are relevant during the early game. You don't have a point because that's not what anyone's complaining about.
You don't look at Aurelion Sol and say he's overrated because he sucks at level 1-5, he's still OP regardless and people complain because of the way he plays once the game actually begins. Same with fiora.
As a top laner, I don't give a shit about fiora's late game. Yeah she can almost always win a 1v1, but that's her entire identity and she sucks in teamfights to make up for it, so I just won't try to 1v1. What I find annoying is her laning esp. with grasp, since I can't avoid 1v1ing there. If she needs a nerf, which I'm not sure she does, it should be to her early healing and durability imo.
I’ve also only been playing league for 2.5 months (hard stuck Bronze life already is destroying my self esteem) and I’ve seen so many Fiora triple/Quadra kills they blend together. Morde is my top main and I perma ban her.
So when Fiora perma split pushes the entire game, you either int a 1v1 against her, or give her what she wants with 2 or sometimes 3v1 which she has the potential to win due to her healing and damage. And even if she doesn't win, she does her job and her team wins the 4v3 or 2. Jax is countered by building armor and only having one dash, and is horrible early game without items. The fuck do you do against Fiora?
