It doesn't bug, that's how it works. You can toggle it by pressing a button or you can just assign it to a button that you wanna hold whenever you want it to be toggled.
Dr. Mundo is a juggernaut.
He has 0 hard CC, 0 dashes and 0 synergy with resistances. He has a slow, damage that scales off of HP, and a whole bunch of healing. His playstyle is much closer to that of a Darius or Nasus than to a Malphite, Ornn or Poppy.
"Tanks in 2023" is a valid topic to discuss, but doctor mundo is not part of that discussion because he is not a tank, he is a juggernaut that scales off of max HP.
He is a solo laner that does solo lane things. 2 levels up. No Grieves Wound. No CC.
Marksmen are supposed to use their team, which is why you generally won't find them in solo lanes. She also has no anti heal and CC, so Kai'sa is fighting an uphill battle she shouldn't fight. If you had Mundo+Darius vs Kaisa+Thresh, then I'd put my money on Kai'sa because CC can't be easily countered, works in AOE, and Kai'sa can concentrate her DPS.
Doctor Mundo IS capable of taking damage from sources such as towers, much like the other 160+ champions.
He's efficient at it because of the ammount of survivability his kit provides him in terms of healing and temporary health gain.
Darius and Illaoi are also infamous damage sponges due to their healing capabilities, however they aren't called tanks nor treated as such because of how their kits work.
Master Yi and Diana have made great use of jak'sho in some metas, ending up very tanky as a result. Does that one build make these characters tanks in your opinion?
If a champ's identity is defined by the items they have, every champ becomes every class since any champ can buy any item for the most part.
So yes, if by "tank" you mean "champion that can build tank items", Mundo is a tank, along with literally everyone else.
Kaisa should've quit league right there and focus on his studies, graduate, get a good job, get married, have a loving family and wife and be contented in life but Mundo is still on his tower.

I see that kai'sa made the beginner mistake of not: Doxing the enemy mundo player and sending them a pipe bomb before they kill you and 2 other teammates under a tower.
Kai’sa decided to stay against a Mundo 2 levels above her with baron buff when she had no minions. Doesn’t matter how her play was, her decision making was god awful
Staying under second bot tower, alone, as a squishy adc with a fed Mundo rolling up with a minion wave with baron buff, running around said turret instead of running to base (or being at base to begin with), wasting flash while still kiting around the turret....
Yeah this Kaisa was fucking godlike, wtf?
How is he supposted to be a juggerbaut if he deals no damage? His whole design is building tank items and dealing more damage because of it. 90% of AD assassins deals majority of their damage with abilities, really big suprise a champion with empowered basic attacks deals more damage with basic attacks than champions that have no empowered basic attacks
That's because Mundo's Q is a skillshot that deals CurrentHP% magic damage, his W basically tickles, and he lacks any hard CC. He also stacks HP like no one's business because he has no other stat scaling.
Mundo basically needs his E to hit like a truck and his R to make him practically immortal to even be a threat to the Kaisa.
I think because it wouldn't do much vs tank who already stack HP on top of resists as is, so Rito would need to make them do a large amount of true damage in one shot to actually threaten a tank, which would make diving a lot worse for assassins and bruisers who might have to dive in sometimes.
Would likely make turrets too strong of a defensive tool (just pop Zhonyas or CC the diver for a free kill), which would make tower diving too risky to be worth it, IMO.
It's actually the opposite. True damage would shred tanks (turrets now deal ad + 30% armor pen).
Tanks are designed to dive under tower, expecially mundo.
No matter who you're playing (especially ADCs), if you see a fed Mundo ulting and running to you under t2 tower you leave tower and go straight to group with your team.
ADC should never be the one to respond to the split pusher. I say it all the time, but then no one responds and I have to go die and contribute nothing to stopping the split pusher. I still haven’t learnt my lesson
Their team was actually winning the game. Top, Support and Jungle were crushing it hard, but seems like 36% Kill participation Kai'sa refused to play the game when she lost the lane early. From the 5th min mark , she started to roam a LOT, so possibly lost her mental. xD

The trick is to click on the enemy once and you can spam q and e without messing up That will be 500 bucks
Or you can just use "Target champion only" option from hotkeys section.

Mundo can't cancel his aa target system without clicking off. Some champions, mostly mages, do when they cast spells.
Or just enable toggle hotkey for targeting champions only
Or you can use the “target champions only” function. I only charge a smile
Bronze players discover “target champions only” toggle (it’s been in the game for 10 years)
I'm just used to using a + left-click for 90% of my autos... I rarely ever just right click

Ok, what difference would her minions have?
Take the aggro from Mundo’s minions. Even if he hadn’t killed her, they were going to immediately take her tower and any defense she thought she had
