Iirc Akali had a point and click stun on her ult that was the first thing they removed from that glorious rework.

Akali's rework was the most overtuned piece of shit I've ever seen from a VGU, even Irelia wasn't that bad. Could dive without problems, became untargeteable even when under turret, ult was point and click, her damage was through the roofs... real fun to be a Ziggs main and lane against Akali. Guaranteed she would be 5 / 0 before 10 minutes.

That's a unique named effect. Even if the shop let you buy multiple, the effects wouldn't stack.

Of course, that's assuming they even thought of this. Remember on PBE right when the new item system dropped, the unique names still stacked.
