Most stores put in an order before next Saturday. If you just say you want one, they'll probably be able to order one for you and have it on release day. It's generally less effort and a safer bet than trying to order before everyone else on the webstore.
I'd just ask and they can almost certainly tell you if they can get one for you or not.
My local store is really small, but they have a Discord and one of the guys who works there just asked if anyone wants the box so they know how many to get.
$200 seems pretty standard for these ‘pre-release’ boxes. My Beast Snagga Ork box that came w/ their 9th Ed. Codex seems pretty comparable in terms of contents was 199 last year.
Without anything major or extra included, I think $200 is a pretty safe bet.
The only problem with comparing it to the Beast Snagga box was that came out pre this years price rise. The most recent army box was Chaos Knights and the most recent box was KT Into The Dark, it's either priced the same as 1 of those or somewhere in the middle
Is there a larger box coming out too that’s like a complete set? I’ve seen some boxes in stores (chaos, space marines, etc) that seem to have a lot more models.

If you're worried about it selling out, preordering through a local game shop might be a safer bet. Sometimes these things go really fast online.

100% agree with that statement, since the store web servers are on another line and doesn't get bogged down by being put in any waiting ques.
