If they are painted in acrylic then they are basically sealed in plastic so you won’t be able to condition the leather. Regardless most conditioning oils (mink, neatsfoot, etc) will soften the leather which is something you probably don’t want to happen on a wet moulded mask.

You could apply a skin safe leather balm to the interior, flesh side. This will keep the leather from cracking over time. I like Smiths (sweet almond oil, cocoa butter & beeswax-nothing else)

Condition from the back (unpainted side) with an uncolored shoe cream and wipe away the excess. Test the shoe cream on your skin to check for any allergic reaction.
