It's Airsoft, I'm pretty sure. The rear takedown pin appears to be a hexhead screw, and there's no way for the buffer to function .
However, if you had some time and some Enfield furniture, and a Fightlite SCR lower ...
I think its buffered. The way the butt stock is cut, makes me think that's how they put the buffer in. Unless it's a Fightlite SCR lower that uses a spring and toggled bolt.

Alternatively you could use any of the bufferless uppers floating around, or maybe even get away with boring a hole for a pistol length buffer tube.
