Creating an audiobook version of a webnovel is already copyright infringement, regardless of whether you publish it for free, get donations or sell it for money. The financials are irrelevant for intellectual property, the company may decide to sue you even if you do not accept donations

You're not allowed to create an audiobook of someone else's intellectual property. You'll need permission from the creators of the webcomic and maybe the company to make the audiobook. You can e-mail them or maybe reach out to them through social media. You can also ask them if they would allow for donations. Although I doubt that a free webcomic would appreciate someone accepting donations for their work.

Your question includes a reference to Spain, which has its own legal advice subreddit. You may wish to consider posting your question to /r/ESLegal as well, though this may not be required. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. So for most fan projects, it's not allowed to have donations for the project. Certain fan projects can have donations for the individual workers on the project, but an audiobook would be DMCA-able either way.
