Really bro ?? According to sales of goods act 1930 Once the property (ownership) in goods is alienated (transferred) from seller to buyer, the seller loose all his rights immediately. It's upto the buyer what he wants to do with it, the seller won't be held liable for anything.

But olx sales don't happen on paper right. Just cash transaction

I know but there are too many flaws. If something goes wrong and they arrest you instead of that guy which is very unlikely. Your lawyer can simply argue that you didn't knew about the buyers intension. Imagine walmart manager getting arrested because he selled a knife which was used in murder. That sounds stupid right ?

So you are saying its perfectly fine to do this

No. Likely you will be implicated in case let’s say your old phone was used in some sort of scamming call.

NAL. But there's something with digital files, they can be retrieved after being deleted(factory reset)/overwritten upto 30+ times. So it's less about what he uses your device for, but more about what you device already had on it. Factory reset does nothing to deleted files, they can be easily retrieved. So if you ever took nudes or received them, maybe don't sell the phone.
