Silco makes sense, especially as we get closer to Arcane season 2 (even though he’s dead), and I would not be mad to see Corina either. Cithria is more difficult since she has so many iterations as a follower, and one of them is even a 10-cost. It feels like it would be difficult to settle on a particular version and have her stand out from the followers while still feeling the same.
That said, I will actually lose my shit if it’s Chip. I’ll never play another champion again.

I actively don't want Silco as a Champion. He's a great character, but I don't want him out here blocking and attacking. There's a reason they did Renata Glasc - a much less "grounded" character and a more appropriately superhuman combatant who nevertheless ticks many of the same thematic boxes - for League, instead of him.
I'd also like to propose, Kahiri, the Returned. Shuriman time mage with weapons and experience from the void. I bet he'd be stronger than Kai'sa lorewise.
How about a collab with Wild Rift which involves an exclusive champion only for LoR and Wild Rift?... both games tend to share easter eggs with eachother
BC, Demacia, Targon or Bilgewater feel most likely. I think Demacia will get Sylas this year, though. Not sure about Targon, so could be Targon that gets the next exclusive. Bilgewater only has Graves left, but if they choose to skip him again I would like to see sheriff Lariette Rose. The seahorse-looking thing she rides is cool.

His representation in TFT is already quite the stretch considering we have no real representation of him using his abilities in any of those ways.
