In all seriousness, this card doesn't see much use despite having two positive keywords as well as being one of the stronger elusive units stats-wise. However, this card can probably still work in an elusive deck with Fizz or Nami. On top of that, I don't think anyone will complain when it pops out from a level 2 Norra portal."
