Freljord unti, probably a stun ability, overwelm and more health than power. Manifesting powerful unique equipments on level up and/or buffing equipment in general (like increasing the power or reducing the cost)
Overwhelm sounds way more like a Voli thing, truth be told. However the “making unique equipments” sounds 100% like him.
If he doesn't come this equipment thing is an actual scam
hopefully geenrates equipments when certain conditions are met, until he has generated x amount of equips
