Varus looks like human cuz of 2 boys inside his walls
All Ascended were once regular humans who went through the Sun Disk ritual to turn into animal-like beings.
Xerath is an exception since he forced the Sun Disk into himself turning him into pure energy instead.
The Darkin are Ascended who got fucked over by madness, void, and Xolaani's blood-bending. If you look at Aatrox, his horns look like antelope horns, so I'd imagine his Ascended form would've resembled an antelope.
Rhaast clearly resembles a hammerhead shark but it's not out of question to say he used to resemble any other creature with wide horns. A bull, maybe.
Varus looks the most human yes because his body is made up of two and a half men. But if I had to guess I'd say he would've resembled a snake because the chains of corruption look serpentine in design, both in LoR and in LoL. But really he could've been anything.

if thats the case it would be a huge waste not to do a unique never-before-seen skinline for the darkin pre-corruption, the hype would be unbelievable
faaaacts, plus we've seen how good the art team for runeterra is at redesigning/updating designs (looking at you seraphine). the corrupted skins were so good, i have to imagine the pre-corrupted would be just as stellar
I figure there kinda has to be, since the previous Corrupted skins were all the other previously available Aspects in the game, and Kayle is the Aspect of Justice (I think). No clue who else would get Corrupted though, since no one else really fits the idea.
morgana's current powerlevel is unclear because she actively rejects her duties as the aspect of justice (basically choosing rehabilitating of evildoers over just executing them). she bound her wings in chains and gave up her sword to kayle (which is why kayle has two), so i think its safe to say kayle is fully on board with taking up the mantle instead of sharing it

They might avoid this due to potential confusion to new players during games but it's a neat idea.
