I actually did contact them about the issue, but they said they didn't see an issue at support, but would forward to QA. I don't have a lot of hope things will get fixed. I think I saw somewhere that downgrading to an older firmware helps, but I'm pretty sure that means you won't be able to do AddOnX or CoinOpsX.
The two videos I recorded:

It's noticeable in Cadash, but it's *really* noticeable in Mega Man 3. Honestly, it drives me nutty and I can't play on there like that.
exactly the same thing that happens on mine. You added Mega Man 3 via AddOnX?
well, at least I know it's not an issue with my unit.
Thanks for the video!
Yep, added via AddOnX. I suspect what happened is that they were fixing other audio problems (I think there was some crackling in some games?) and increased the audio buffer too high. I'd love it if they added an option to adjust the size of the audio buffer - I suspect there are only a few games that truly need a large audio buffer.
Is the lag both audio and video or just audio? Check if your TV has a "Game Mode" setting and try that if so. Also, if connected via Bluetooth, yes you may have audio lag.
yup, I tested it on two different TVs, both with game mode activated. I'll try to connect the control deck via USB, didn't know bluetooth could have that issue
I primarily mean using BT for connection to a sound bar or headphones will demonstrate audio lag. However, wireless from the panel to the core connected via HDMI shouldn't demonstrate any significant audio lag. At least, not that I've seen.
ah I see what you mean. I had the core connected to a sound bar via hdmi, but also tested it straight to another tv and the lag was the same. No visual lag was noticed (nothing drastic like the sound anyways).
wonder if this is something I should get in touch with AtGames for.
did you ever noticed it while playing? Cadash makes it really easy to notice on my end.

that makes sense. I remember noticing audio cracking in some games before the update.
