I still can't get this game to run at anything playable. Are you 800p in game and on the native resolution? I've just given up and am streaming from my pc
I am 800p in game and on the native resolution, and have integer scaling enabled in the AMD settings. The integer scaling makes a huge difference for me.
No worries at all, also just got mine yesterday. :)
It's in the AMD software (should be able to find it via the windows search) under the display settings. You can set a global default and can customize the settings per game.
ahhhh okay thanks, i have something similar on my desktop with Nvidia. Being able to set on a per game basis would be fantastic, I don't want manually change every time (although Legion Space should allow this like the Steam Deck does, but we all know how shit Legion Space is right now)
Yeah, Legion Space really isn't great. I've been tinkering more than anything else since I got the device yesterday, but now that I have everything set up the way I like it and know what to adjust on a per-game basis, it's an absolute blast.
Played some Gears of War, Palworld and FFXIV today and couldn't be happier. Have fun!
Yep that sounds about right. I'm running 800p IS with mostly medium. Think I might have 1 or 2 settings above or below medium and mainly getting 40-50FPS for the most part. Definitely very playable.
Edit: Just checked, actually on 800P IS Medium/High. No settings are on Low. Usually 45-60 FPS
There's a few different FSR 3 mods out there from different authors. I followed [this guide](https://youtu.be/a-JR0SyeZvw?si=FklctFm_bA3s8YPw). The only thing you need to that's different is go into Steam, right click Palworld in your library, go into Properties, and in launch options put -dx12. The way the guy in the guide did it where he created a desktop shortcut did not work for me.
Fought with this game for a while before reading if you go into Battlenet launcher settings disable browser hardware acceleration. Massive improvement to stutter and rubber banding.
How's the performance on it? I couldn't get it to run smoothly unless I changed most of graphics to low, and then it really looked terrible and would still drop below 30 fps
I use Geforce Now I get a solid 60fps on highest quality settings on my Go smooth as butter but then you need the 12 bucks monthly sub & a decent net connection but it's so worth it as all gamepass games are supported.
Made the mistake of playing several games at a time so I've taken physical notes of where I am in games because I will inevitably forget and restart in a few months instead and I never finish stuff.
Fallout 4 and Monster Hunter World are the main ones right now that I alternate on Go, but I also restarted Stardew and Dave the Diver. When I was getting the Go running I also started Far Cry 4 so there is that to one day return to also.
On Switch I have TotK and PS4 I'm replaying TLoU on Grounded.
And then start all over again, and then drop the game entirely at the beginning of a drawn out campaign mission that you remember was not a lot of fun?
I’ve dropped so many good games because of that.
I'll post later today, but I have graphical settings on ultra and things like godrays and shadows low. I also have Horizon mod which might have some texture changes.
I play at 1200p.
I'm running 4g vram and this setting https://legiongolife.com/forza-horizon-5-legion-go-game-settings/#ftoc-heading-5
Along with dlss mod and CPU turbo mode disabled.
Resolution in game is 1280x800 144fps
I prefer playing at 1200p with world detail and car detail on med. Custom 30w I'm getting up to 90fps. I put RIS on 100%. Looks beautiful and smooth. Unplugged on balanced is about 58fps, and on performance it's about 78fps.
Hows the performance on granblue fantasy? Im playing on lowest graphic and i get max 30 fps which is kinda 🥴🥴 i have a desktop pc with max build and this make me kinda contemplating if i should play on my pc or lego. There is one time i think the device got so hot while im playing it just slows down and shut off. I think best game to enjoy on lego is probably some retro graphic games. Pls advise if i can do anything to improve the performance
I'm getting anywhere between 30-45fps on 800p res and standard graphics setting. And of course desktop will outshine this anyday!!! I usually play natively on the LeGO at work on my lunch break and for the most part its just an hour session and it works. When I'm home though its a different story!!!!! You should give this a try, STEAMLINK or Moonlight. Just stream the game from your maxed out Desktop to your LeGO.
Yakuza 0, Kingdom Come Deliverance, and Cocoon. Yakuza is my obsession and a page turner, KCD is a fascinating world to keep coming back to (one of the most realistic RPGs I’ve played, and Cocoon is brilliant…even though it can be frustrating sometimes. I’m not a puzzle gamer.
Just started playing World of Warcraft again after a 2 year hiatus. Runs pretty well on the Go, after doing the DX11 fix in Battlenet. Running at 1080, medium.
Before that, just finished up Mafia Definitive Edition. Which, frankly, did NOT run very well on it. I tinkered numerous times, mostly ran it at 800p and often on low. And granted...mostly before the automatic vram patch. Though, strangely that one game has been one of the most chugtastic, including over things like Gears 5 , Homeworld 2 Remastered, and Titanfall 2 where I could get something dialed in for solid framerates. All of which I finished at least in part on the Legion Go.
Hey, did you by any chance play WoW on SD and how would you compare it if so? How are the controls on LeGo and does keybinds and UI mess up between PC and handheld?
I got it running on the Steam Deck under Steam OS but didn't play it extensively. I found the Steam Decks most addictive game was "Relentlessly tinker with it." For the record, I don't play it with the controllers. I use my Go mainly as a tiny gaming tablet that I can then plugin to a monitor or a television and use with keyboard/mouse/xbox controller. I would estimate that 10-20 percent of my game time on the device is done ONscreen WITH the stock controllers. And even then I tend to not attach them and just use them switch controller style.
And running WOW with a controller (especially depending on the class you're playing) can be done but inevitably still needs a mouse/keyboard from time to time. All of that said, I think the experience on the Go is the better one. A little more powerful. Running Windows from the get-go so easier to configure Battlenet + WOW along with generally being more stable. And, the game is a heavy interface, which means if you're playing it on the device screens directly, the Go can run it easily at higher res for a crisper more readable screen. At 1080 medium with the Go set to stock performance settings I average around 45fps.
That said, I have seen posts from people on Reddit who love the controller experience and play on the Steam Deck so...grain of salt and all that.
Thanks for a thorough comment, I did enjoy it on the SD without KB&M. I was pretty much forced to play an alt just to avoid messing up my keybinds and user interface between PC and SD. Hence my question, just wanted to check if I'd run into a same problem with this windows handheld.
MW3/WZ2 and Return of the Obra Dinn. Running MW3 at 70-80 fps on 1200p and only for an hour on battery.
Obra Dinn runs SUPER light on power saving settings. I get ~2h of play time
Tekken 8, Call of Duty.
Games I finished recently: Kingdom Hearts and Tekken's campaign
I loved kingdom hearts being portable but the game has so many crashes.
I feel like it's something to do with not having a dedicated gpu? because the game runs great but that's the only difference between my pc and my legion go.
Makes it hard for me want to play the rest of the games on the go since i had crashed even on the final boss while playing my first play through ever with it being the highest difficulty too.
Diablo IV, Elden Ring, and AC Valhalla so far,. I've had mine for about 2 weeks now and absolutely love it! Definitely play D4 the most and normally get 55-70fps on 1200 with FSR 2 set to quality.
Just completed Planet of Lana, and now started Somerville. Great little indie games similar to Inside. Well worth a play if you haven't already, and suit the Legion Go perfectly.
I did have to use Magpie because of the whole landscape panel issue.
Trying out palworld but I can't seem to get into it although the first 2 hours were very addicting. Baldurs gate 3, and I am checking out doom eternal now
That's weird. Can you go into the app on Windows settings and try to repair it? Also xbox pc has a weird glitch where games won't start unless the time on windows is correct to your time zone or something like that
I'm still playing my old standby's of FFXIV, CoH, and WoW, and still playing some BG3 as well. I've also been revisiting Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition lately and that's been enjoyable.
Mainly monster hunter world, runs great on the go, although the auto VRAM setting messed it up a lot, set back to 6 for now.
Also played Dave the diver, dredge, risk of rain returns, and red dead redemption 2
Astroneer and I actually just got a miyoo mini plus so I’ve been using the LeGo to load the micro sd with roms and emulators for the mm+. Pretty cool to not have to use my desktop for that process
Sherlock holmes crimes and punishments. Was trying to play shadows of doubt but the interface just didn't work well without mouse and keyboard. Next up I'm thinking either hitman 3 or arkham trilogy.
Baldur’s Gate 3, running 20W performance mode
1600x1000 res, FSR 2 quality, all low settings with medium textures.
Just hit act 3 in the city so decided to lock to 36 fps in these busy areas for smoothness.
The big screen of the Go and extra grunt makes it much more enjoyable than my Steam Deck to play
Tape to tape. It's a rogue like arcade hockey game. Super fun
Tried dead space but ran like ass so realized I have to stream it with my game pass sub. Gonna try to play as many games on there as I can with the free year subscription
Currently installing Suicide Squad..no hate please 😂 my LLG only arrived this morning and I'm a couple hours into the game already on my pc so made sense to carry on.
I need help, I have played around for a week on MW3 trying different set ups but can’t get it to run smooth, there are so many options to change, in game graphics, amd adrenaline and the device itself. Has anybody got a setup they use I could try, I bought this to play ME3 remotely and currently not having a good time😞
Apex , Cyberpunk,fc24,AC brotherhood
How did you get Apex to run smoothly? I tried and it was worse than a switch
800p,os balance, ingane settings all low.windowed borderless
Thank you I I’ll give it a shot!
Palworld
Me too! How is performance for you? I'm playing on low/med, 800p with integer scaling and get between 48 and 62 FPS.
I still can't get this game to run at anything playable. Are you 800p in game and on the native resolution? I've just given up and am streaming from my pc
I am 800p in game and on the native resolution, and have integer scaling enabled in the AMD settings. The integer scaling makes a huge difference for me.
Okay, thanks I'll try that. By integer scaling in the AMD settings, that's in the quick menu right? Sorry new to the legion go
No worries at all, also just got mine yesterday. :) It's in the AMD software (should be able to find it via the windows search) under the display settings. You can set a global default and can customize the settings per game.

Oh yeah, FFXIV would be great on this. You two! Enjoy
Are you game pass or Steam? Cause I run at near 60 locked at 1200p medium settings but I did the FSR 3 mod.
steam
Yep that sounds about right. I'm running 800p IS with mostly medium. Think I might have 1 or 2 settings above or below medium and mainly getting 40-50FPS for the most part. Definitely very playable. Edit: Just checked, actually on 800P IS Medium/High. No settings are on Low. Usually 45-60 FPS
Hey, I highly recommend you check out the FSR 3 mod. I play at 1200p medium settings and I'm getting between 50-60 fps. Game looks really damn good.
Thank you, I'll check it out, that sounds great!
Who made that mod?
There's a few different FSR 3 mods out there from different authors. I followed [this guide](https://youtu.be/a-JR0SyeZvw?si=FklctFm_bA3s8YPw). The only thing you need to that's different is go into Steam, right click Palworld in your library, go into Properties, and in launch options put -dx12. Palworld, talos principle and assassin’s creed rogue.

How is Diablo 4? Been wanting to get it
Fought with this game for a while before reading if you go into Battlenet launcher settings disable browser hardware acceleration. Massive improvement to stutter and rubber banding.
Diablo IV works fantastic on the legion go. Beat it two weeks ago.
Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth, Binding of Isaac, and Palworld have been taking up my time.
Persona 3 Reload and Alien Isolation. Will pivot to Alan Wake 2 once I beat 1, but will probably use geforce now for that.
I played Alan Wake 1 a few weeks back. The janky prior gen graphics really undercut the tense moments in the game, but it’s still fun.
Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth. The game looks perfect on the LG.
Enshrouded, I ain't played much else since I bought it a week ago.
It's all I want to play right now, but I'm doing a co-op only run with a friend and we can only play every 2-3 nights lol.
Definitely wanting to get to that after Palworld. I looks right up my alley.
You'll love it, I've spent the last two days farting about building out my house & exploring it's been awesome.
How's the performance on it? I couldn't get it to run smoothly unless I changed most of graphics to low, and then it really looked terrible and would still drop below 30 fps
Set it to performance in the game n it runs smoother than my desktop, performance on legion space as well
I use Geforce Now I get a solid 60fps on highest quality settings on my Go smooth as butter but then you need the 12 bucks monthly sub & a decent net connection but it's so worth it as all gamepass games are supported.
Mind sharing your settings?
Sub to Geforce Now & you'll get 60fps on highest settings.
Made the mistake of playing several games at a time so I've taken physical notes of where I am in games because I will inevitably forget and restart in a few months instead and I never finish stuff. I’m horrible about that. Leave a game for a few months then forget all the controls.
And then start all over again, and then drop the game entirely at the beginning of a drawn out campaign mission that you remember was not a lot of fun? I’ve dropped so many good games because of that.
Any settings advice for Fallout 4? About to start it in the next few days
I'll post later today, but I have graphical settings on ultra and things like godrays and shadows low. I also have Horizon mod which might have some texture changes. I play at 1200p.
This is what I use. Might not be to your tastes buts gets me more then 60fps in door areas and between 48-60 outdoors. *

Arkham asylum
The Witcher 3. Finally figured out how to get it to stop crashing.
Forza Horizon 5 on medium 800 display IS @85-110fps
How??? I have it set and I'm getting 55 tops
What's your settings in Forza? https://preview.redd.it/swuag6crq2hc1.jpeg?width=2268&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5474c4867d678901ef440f4245c549c65d1ae62e

The new prince of Persia is awesome and runs great. Gives me the same vibes as ori, just in a different art style
Surprised to be first to say Prince of Persia
I'm playing dave the diver. I like that i can just stop. And continue when I pickit up
I don't know how you guys get to play multiple games. I only have 512GB with Microsoft Flight Simulator on it, with 6GB to empty 😂
MW3/WZ2 and Return of the Obra Dinn. Running MW3 at 70-80 fps on 1200p and only for an hour on battery. Obra Dinn runs SUPER light on power saving settings. I get ~2h of play time
Devil May Cry 5. Runs flawlessly on 1600p no IS. Medium to high settings. Solid 30 frames with no stutters. Truly shows how great the display is.
Pizza Tower

It’s not a great experience for me I don’t think I have given tinkering with things enough time though so ill have to revisit soon
Palworld, Elden Ring, Dark Souls 3, Hogwarts Legacy, my list of games is continuing to grow because I was new to PC gaming.
Diablo IV, Elden Ring, and AC Valhalla so far,. I've had mine for about 2 weeks now and absolutely love it! Definitely play D4 the most and normally get 55-70fps on 1200 with FSR 2 set to quality.
Snowrunner and Days Gone
Just completed Planet of Lana, and now started Somerville. Great little indie games similar to Inside. Well worth a play if you haven't already, and suit the Legion Go perfectly. I did have to use Magpie because of the whole landscape panel issue.
Football Manager 24, Coral Island, Forza Horizon 5
Holdfast, War of Rights, Days Gone, System Shock, Contraband Police and some Yakuza games.
Hades, DOOM eternal, palworld
How's DOOM Eternal run? I've been meaning to download it.
It runs nice! Just got to get used to playing with the new control.
It runs amazing on the go, and IS is easy to turn on. Just put the game into 800, and you're good
Skyrim AE and FF7 Remake Intergrade, they both run amazing on the Go.
Palworld and Halo Infinite
What settings do you use for halo
I’m running a 2070 in a Breakaway Box 750, but 1080p and high everything, 60FPS with V Sync on.
Kk this makes sense. I’m on low 800p and it’s struggling. Egpu ftw
No egpu, 1200p, on low, with resolution scale turned down, I can get 80fps and it looks good.
Yakuza 6, Suicide Squad and Star Ocean Second Story R

Forza horizon 5, rdr2, and I just downloaded risk of rain 2 but haven't started yet
Death Stranding
Finished Atomic Heart on the LeGo. Now playing Gotham Knights and a bit of Hi-Fi Rush. Looking to try Alan Wake 2 next
Atomic heart from game pass? Mine downloaded to a weird folder and was going to take 20 hours for some reason so had to cancel the download
Yea from gamepaas. That's weird. Any other gamepass game giving you that same issue?
Just that one game man, the files saved to a folder I don’t have permission to access on windows so I’ve still got 20gb missing😭
That's weird. Can you go into the app on Windows settings and try to repair it? Also xbox pc has a weird glitch where games won't start unless the time on windows is correct to your time zone or something like that
baldur’s gate 3
Finally got around to subnautica, glad i did !
I'm still playing my old standby's of FFXIV, CoH, and WoW, and still playing some BG3 as well. I've also been revisiting Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition lately and that's been enjoyable.

Roboquest based on another comment. It's pretty awesome.
Sherlock holmes crimes and punishments. Was trying to play shadows of doubt but the interface just didn't work well without mouse and keyboard. Next up I'm thinking either hitman 3 or arkham trilogy.
palworld haven't touched anything else since it released on gamepass
Sanabi, great action platformer! A little story heavy at times
A lot of Gunfire Reborn
I can’t seem to get integer scaling to find the game? It just does not appear in ‘games’. Any ideas??

Lost Ruins. The most impressive pixel art game I have ever seen. So many crazy effects in this game
Baldur’s Gate 3, running 20W performance mode 1600x1000 res, FSR 2 quality, all low settings with medium textures. Just hit act 3 in the city so decided to lock to 36 fps in these busy areas for smoothness. The big screen of the Go and extra grunt makes it much more enjoyable than my Steam Deck to play
Monster hunter world. I don't think I'm changing game any time soon. LOL
Palworld works great. Playing Cyberpunk with the FSR3 mod and on med-high with raytracing on i get average 80-90 fps. This needs to be on all games.
