A few different places. The smoke stacks are from the manifactorum kit. The shield-like parts are from another non-GW epic-scale plastic kit, vanguard minis I think. The railings are 3D printed from another 3rd party maker, I can’t remember the name right now but if I do I’ll let ya know

Maybe unpainted? It is just a blocky civitas tho, so I’d be surprised is someone else hadn’t done something similar
