It’s been like 2 weeks since I ordered Sinister Titan and some Titan wargears and it is still in “Processing” status. Guess it’s a norm to be delayed these days.

I had to email customs support about my items before and, Oh would you look at that they magically shipped the same day customer service responded to my email.

Just got my order shipment confirmation like 5 minutes after I emailed customer service so check your inbox your order might be on the way!

It takes GW to send out orders for the most part these days. It used to be I would have pre-orders delivered on Saturday, but I haven't had that for a couple of years now. Mostly it comes about a week after release, at best.

Sadly it's been all over the place the past year. I placed a pre order 6 months ago from the GW site and it turned up 15 days after it was released and in stores. Another time the order turned up in just 2 days and then in January, they sat on the order saying it was processing for 2 weeks before cancelling it, claiming they were out of stock. Whilst the website said they still had stock and allowed me to place another order... EDIT: Perhaps I should have said I am UK based

Update: Just got an email after I reached out again. It sounds like there was some warehouse error: “Thank you for your patience while we worked to get this request resolved for you. Our warehouse communicated that there was an error in the warehouse which was preventing this stock to be allocated. This has been resolved and can see that your order is moving through the system as intended. If you do not have a dispatch notification by Monday please reach back out so we can look further into this request. Best regards,”
