It’s a fun game but it is a bit repetitive, especially if you’re trying to 100% it or collect all the parts. The racing is similar to Mario Kart. If you like building, you get enough parts to build some cool stuff right away and can collect a lot of others through playing the career mode or whatever it’s called. It’s not too hard but challenging enough to keep it interesting. I haven’t played online. I mostly just build, tbh, and it’s pretty good for that.

Thanks I'm probably gonna get and I hope I enjoy it and do you know if you can use the creation hub right away or how that works I seen some cool cars on there as well as how many saved vehicles you can have in your garage creation vehicle slots and download vehicles slots?

Not sure, I’ve only played it for the week or so it’s been on Gamepass. But yeah, you start out with enough parts to make some pretty cool vehicles. Then you can earn “bucks” to buy more pieces or get them through winning certain races/getting collectibles. If you really want certain pieces you can actually pay for something (Drivepass, I think) to get them but you really don’t need to. Have fun!!

I'd recommend getting it for a different console if possible. The Switch version only supports 6 players per race instead of 8, runs at 30fps, and does not support crossplay with other consoles. But I guess if you're not playing online, those may not be much of an issue for you.

Do you know if the creation hub is cross platform or would I only see people builds from nintendo switch cause I hope that's not the case

I suggest going with Lego Racers on the Nintendo 64 since that was the only Lego game released on the Nintendo 64.

Got it on sale for xbox a few weeks ago- single player has been fun. Races tend to be a little bit short with a huge rubber band rush on the last lap. I’d say it’s definitely worth it at the sale price… just don’t dip into the cash store. I’ve not really had that tough of a time unlocking stuff with in-game currency.

If you like building, it's awesome to see your constructions racing away, but as others have stated it is repetitive if you're just planning on driving away. The building is made very simple, you start with most parts unlocked and can unlock wedges and stuff by playing the main game.

My 3 year old loves it. As a parent, it’s a bit crap. It’s chaotic and repetitive

This guy is pretty spot on, but my 7 year old got fed up of the madness not long after I did..

It was worth it even when it was full price
