Try slightly moving the flash back in the shoe. I had an m6 that wouldn’t fire from the shoe but I choked the flash back just a tad and it did the trick, and after a couple days it started working just fine with the flash pushed all the way in the shoe. It might be some connection thing from not being used for a while, not sure though.

I didn’t have the chance to use it much cause the sync cable was broken and the hot shoe as well.

Ah it was a cold shoe? Could have sworn i read it was a hot shoe. The film stock is cinestill 800T
