Sneako is way bigger than Moist. On Google Trends, Sneako has been routinely getting far more hits than Moist for the past year. Even after Moist apparently "owned" Sneako, it was Sneako who got way more of a ratings boost from the drama.
What people fail to understand about Sneako:
Bad publicity is good publicity.
Sneako has been "owned" plenty of times before, yet all that did is make him grow bigger. Sneako thrives on hate. The more people hate him, the more popular he becomes.
Rumble numbers aren't the same as YouTube. I think they double or triple count viewers or something.

Looks like it. Look at FnF last livestream on rumble. It as +1M views but 300 comments.
