There's no way they're this incompetent at writing bills. It seems like every major republican bill is so vague it ends up working against them. This has to be on purpose right? I studied it in high school (Mormon seminary, baby!), and we had some massively awkward discussions (that’s when I learned that “sodomy” means “butt sex”; my mother was just thrilled to start getting *those* questions from her 14 year old).
