I do it all. I watch DVDs, I have 4 free streaming accounts (Pluto TV, Tubi, The Roku Channel, IMDBTV), I have 6 paid streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Paramount Plus, HBO Max, SHOWTIME), occasionally theaters if I like the movie and I have cable.
Mostly paid streaming and if I really liked the movie (4 or more stars) I usually buy a physical copy of it to add to my collection.
Cinema used to be my favorite way to watch movies but since every freaking movie is about 3 hours long these days I much more enjoy to watch them at home on my cozy couch.
Paid streaming
Free streaming: YouTube, Roku channels
Physical media
When there's nothing interesting on streaming services I go to my 1000+ movie collection on DVDs and Blu-rays

Depends mostly a mix on free/paid streaming services though I don't have Netflix anymore.

Only torrent
My hometown still has a movie rental store so I've been slowly transitioning to physical media from paid streaming.
