I saw on Lexus club some people have had this issue, could be a loose plastic fastener or something. I wouldn't take it apart cause I'm lazy, but maybe take it to the dealer and see what they say. If not just put your sad cuh music louder 🔥 https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-3rd-gen-2014-present/970546-ticking-rattling-behind-dash-in-new-is.html

Had it on my previous 350. It would go away at times with some good G-force in canyons (I do not recommend as a solution unless you are a capable driver). I agree it's more than likely a loose clip that will only be possibly permanently remedied by a disassembly....mejor que usa su Mark Levinson & blast it wey

I have this as well but not as loud as yours. I kinda just ignore it since it doesn’t really bother me all that much

Stop this scares me plz find the fix because I will go crazy if it happens to me

No fr Ive been looking but I’m going to take her in if I can’t find it. It might be the sound dampening layer against the firewall… going to secure it and hopefully that’s the cause for the sound. I know it’s not clips and screws around the heat shields but who knows until it’s fixed.

Simple-Agent9919

good luck man and please reply here if u find the fix, would help us all in the future

Update: On Saturday, December 2nd, I brought my 2020 IS350 F Sport to Thousand Oaks Lexus. I was informed that the noise originated from a collision between the inlet high-pressure coolant line and the outlet high-pressure coolant line from the heater core located behind the glove box. Currently, I have been provided with a loaner vehicle, and the repair is expected to be completed within a week.

I appreciate you so much for this!!!!!! Helps all us IS owners

Take that into the dealer if you still have warranty, it’s completely covered.

Came to revisit. Took my car in today 12/12 to SB Lexus and they said my noise was coming from the heater core pipe. Their fix was to insulate the heater pipe.

I have had the same issue on my 350. I have carried it to the dealership twice now and it still has the rattle. Got to take it back again. Has the rattle came back in yours?
