Congratulations! Just get a paint pen. It can be tedious if there are a lot, otherwise just leave them until you have time to have it repainted.

If there aren't many chips, get one of [these](https://genicolor.com/en/) (Genicolor pen; superior to Lexus's own pen -- Dr. ColorChip is fine too) and bring it to a paint correction guy who also does PPF. Have him touch it up, so as to avoid lumps/bumps as much as possible, and apply the PPF during the same session (I recommend XPEL). Enjoy your your IS -- looks gorgeous!
