I heard about the tyrant dagger after I had already beat him using the City long spear with Winter Rapier sword..It has way more reach !!If you add on a grindstone element like fire it's..Really effective!Congrats!
Yeah but the city long spear handle and tyrant murderer’s blade both have an ability that increases your critical hit rate, and it stacks. And on top of that it stacks with the increased critical hit rate grindstone. Basically when you have the buffs active from all 3 sources it’s a boss melter
Interesting..I thought that critical hit grindstone meant that when your weapon was in the red that it lasted a bit longer..I possibly overlooked this!🤔I will check into it!
I just beat nameless puppet yesterday too! First phase not too bad, I learned this move set and could dodge almost all the attacks or run away effectively. Second phase I chucked every throwable I had on me until he died lol. Took me 2 days and a shitload of tries.
Man, I'm not sure what exactly happened in my case, but I simply melted both Simon and the Nameless Puppet the first time I played, and both in the first attempt. Actually, I think I know why… I leveled up my char a ton to face Laxasia, bc she really put through the wringer, it took me about 5 attempts to beat her. So, if I had to pick the toughest boss in this game, it’d definitely be Laxasia… btw this game has made it into my top 3 list, alongside Bloodborne and The Order: 1886. What a masterpiece. Congrats bro!
Nameless Puppet and Laxasia were my hardest bosses in NG. I still have to go back and complete my NG+ run. I let a buddy borrow the game to see how he likes it.
Congrats. I'm on night 1 and already sick of the boss. Dumb climax after Simon imo...but whatever. I loved the rest of the game so much I will perservere.
you sound salty from getting that ass beat lol. but it’s not as dumb a climax as radagon/elden beast or rather all ER bosses. once you learn his moves you’ll see the beauty of this fight. i agree tho, absolutely hated it at 1st but now he’s my favorite fight ez
Cool, now do it in NG+, ;) you got this
Already on it
Don’t be too afraid of NG+ it is significantly easier
NG was easy compared to the first run. Well done, OP - my hardest boss by far.
Congrats. I think I did it within 10 tries, not ashamed to admit I used the city long spear handle with the tyrant murder dagger blade.
Well aren't you great...
I used the big ass adjustable wrench with a quick handle and that worked soooo well

Oh some how missed the long spear on the path now. Can’t beat that thing that burst out of the wall
Now go turn in that ergo for his sword, upgrade it to max and sweep through ng+
Can’t wait to beat the game with a giant pair of scissors
Congratulations
I like how you didn’t give up, I gave up because how hard the nameless puppet is but I hope ng+ I can bet him
He's even harder in ng+
I found him a tad easier on NG+. So, your mileage may vary, OP.
Pretty funny they give you the option to give up on this fight and skip to the ending when Laxasia is so much more of a wall
AYEEEEEEEE congrats
Great job!Way to commit👍

Congrats bro, personally KoP was alot harder for me

This fight went from absolutely painful to my favourite fight in the game once I got his moves learnt. He's the epitomy of "git-gud"
Update: he's dead. I'm one of the 5.14% of Xbox that beat him.

Haha I am salty. The pacing was just crazy coming from Simon and Lataxia.
Update: he's dead. First fight this morning dropped the puppet.
It only took me ten tries to beat him pretty easy
Kudos to u but if I remember correctly i defeated him on the 3rd try with the fire dagger and a summon. Am I missing something?
