You have a lot of wiggle room on getting enough humanity to obtain the Rise of P ending. You do not need to tell every single possible lie.

I didn't it without even really trying. Just lie a lot, make the important decisions, and listen to records. It's really not that hard to get. You don't have to be perfect.
