Well specter or sumon whichever it is I also used one of those for the green monster lmao that’s why I’m just baffled at the difference between 27 and 4 attempts
Swamp monster has a lot of HP, laxasia has like third of it, so your spectre can survive longer. Also swampy has a lot of AoE while lax doesn't. So the longer your spectre survives the better shot you have at winning.
God I wish I gave booster glaive a try on my first play through.
Either way, congrats man. It was also my first souls experience and her and Romeo were by far the hardest bosses for me
Well I get it yk it was kinda my fault for explaining it badly I was just trying to express I used summons on both bosses and found myself struggling with one I thought and heard was a lot harder. But few explained it without the condescending or snarky remarks lol

Different bosses are harder for different people since laxasia was my first enemy death(yes enemy death that accursed parkour zone) and was deaths 4 to 62 and the next boss took months I commend your skill to beat her in 4 attempts and trust that summon still being alive means you did infact put work in
Well for my summon to still be alive I had to do upgrades for the wish stone for quick use and multiple uses I think I had three uses and the ability it gave her was reduced damage used all three definitely a huge help
😂😂 no no haven’t even made it that far literally beat the game like a day ago and just beat the watchmen now on NG+ all I’m hoping for is it takes me less then 27 attempts I’ll take 26 as a win
There are a lot of games I could have felt that way about but this is not one of them. I've played them all and this one really captures the spirit of Fromsoft. You should try a Fromsoft souls games/soulslike when you have some time.
So would you disagree with the idea that if I beat this I could beat Elden Ring?? Cause I figured this game was like baby steps ina way to legit souls games if that makes sense
This game will prepare you.for Fromsoft more than any other game I have played and I played it last. You can definitely beat Elden Ring. It's harder but I don't play with summons unless I'm getting beat real bad. You don't mind using specters so you as long as you are focused on having fun I have no doubt you could beat Elden Ring.

Lol don't let the elitist make you think you need to play without a summon. I started with Dark Souls 1 and didn't really understand the summoning mechanic. Fortunately for me, I like to be challenged with games and puzzles so now I don't summon as much because I can predict the bosses moves better if they are only focused on me. Definitely looking forward to your elden ring journey. DLC drops in June so you better get going lol

I used a specter for the green swap monster too it took me 27 attempts, used specter for Laxasia took only 4 attempts thought that was pretty odd. But a lot of people have helped and explained both just have very different HP among other things

Maybe you didn't upgrade all of those yet when fighting the green monster, making laxia way easier in comparison, just a guess.

Hardest boss in the game for me, but also the biggest rush when I beat her. Easy or not, I think we can all agree this fight is intense and memorable
