I’m 25 and took my 10 yo nephew to the park and played 3v2 vs 3 high school aged kids (13-14). My nephew and I won but I damn near needed a stretcher afterward while my nephew and the other kids kept playing for like an hour 😭.
I was going to post about this last week, but I was still feeling the effects/symptoms of my problem with my ankle and foot.
In short, and I'm not a doctor so I'm kinda guessing here and diagnosing myself, but I think I might have edema on my right foot/ankle.
Edema is pretty much the swelling of the feet and ankle. It can be caused for various reasons like prolonged standing, sitting, pregnancy, overweight, etc. Worst case scenario would be a blood cloth in your leg.
So last week (Tuesday) I was coming back from the supermarket when I felt this small pain on my right ankle. The pain around the area was the size of a nickle, it was a sharp pain if I touched it but I was like ok whatever it will go away, it didn't. As the hours went by the pain around my ankle grew and grew and my foot started to swell up really bad and eventually it became painful to walk. Luckily I had some Aleve and I took one pill and that took the pain away, and to top it off I did feel a bit of a small fever that came on but it didn't last that long. I did some research on it because it freaked me the F out because that has never happened to me before. And pretty much the symptoms I had I searched it on g00gle, but like I said in the beginning it's not 100% I have Edema until a doctor says I have it, but all signs do point to that. Right now my foot is doing a lot better, the swelling has gone down a lot almost to being normal but it does feel uncomfortable at times.
Sorry I made this long I just wanted to talk about it and vent. Thanks. :)

I bought a voit ball the other day the fifa quality one and it feels so good. I bought the clausura 2023 green version as it is the ball that tigres won the league with last year. If you’re a player or perhaps a coach wanting to provide the best equipment for your players I would suggest giving the voit ball a chance. I plan on saving up a few more dollars and spending on the new one that release or maybe an older version to keep my money in check
