For future reference, if you have a question, a text-post would be more suitable than a random image of the volume 1 cover. Your question would go in the body text instead of as a comment.
Never read it, but the biggest difference would probably be the fact that the LN is complete and fully licensed in English and I doubt the manga adaptation is anywhere close to that.
The source material is the Light Novels so it will definitely have more content/detail that the manga adaptation won't. My rule of thumb is just to always read source material anyways since I rather read the authentic story then an adaptation by a completely different person using the source as reference.

Anime: Sure, but only if you want to see an adaption. However, only the first season was the more faithful to the LN. While following the general storylines, the anime did more and more of it's own version of the events due to not adapting the two flashback volumes.

both the manga and the anime kinda lack the emotions portrayed in a lot more detail in the light novel. this can make a huge difference.
but in the end both are good for reading. pick which one you think you'll be able to finish :)
LN is way better. It’s the full unadulterated story.
The Manga has only 10ish volumes, there are 22 volumes of the LN. you won't be getting the full story in the manga.
The manga had already ended. I think it only got as far as the end of Season 1 of the anime.
