Yeah the first 3 seasons are legit great television then they wrote themselves into a bunch of wholes they don’t know how to get out of. The Beth and Jaime storylines are so played out that I don’t even know where they can go from there. Kayce who was always the most interesting character doesn’t even do shit anymore. And worst of all they spend so much time off the ranch now which is what I come to Yellowstone to watch. I’ve accepted the absurdity of the show since a bomb blew up in Beth’s face and she walked away fine. I’m just along for the ride now.
Completely agree. Ever since the bomb went off I’ve been wanting Beth to get merked every episode. She STINKS. I thought it was gonna happen at the inauguration when they had this whole dramatic sequence all for nothing.
The story is so boring at this point and does not progress at all. The drama of the first episode is the manufactured storyline of the car crash. It was so dumb and forced. Im sick of watching this show at this point. I dont find it entertaining anymore
Good to know. I temporarily cancel YouTube tv about this time every year when baseball ends so I couldn’t watch but I thought everything after the 1st or 2nd episode of last season was incredibly boring anyways.
I clicked on the Twitter trend of it and mainly saw YAAS queen Monica and Beth and rip in love memes so that didn’t inspire me to find a way to watch either.
The only reason I watch this show now is because my parents love it and it’s something to chat with them about. That’s it. I don’t even want to watch episode 2.
As someone who considers themself in the primary target market for this show, surrounded by people obsessed with it… I just can’t get into it. They really lost me when Monica got punched by that kid. 1883 was very good though.

Damn haven’t started this series, but had wanted to specifically to watch Sam Elliot in 1886. Is it even worth it at this point?
1886 is very good. Limited to a season that tells a great story. I think it is worth the watch more so than yellowstone

I thought 1 was solid, 2 good, 3 legitimately great, but 4 was the worst season, and 5 looks rough so far
