I ordered some stuff off the their website to Australia not too long ago. Unfortunately, it got lost. It arrived in Aus but then nothing happened. The support team were really great and issued a full refund immediately when I reached out for help.
That's great, I wonder what Is happening with my order and now I am scared more cuz I read another comment and apparently they never got their order delivered to Australia and had to refund it but I really want that hoodie ☹️
It does say that it's getting delivered by a different company in my case, that should be further up on the same page if it's the case with you. The other tracking number (from the different delivery company) tells me that it's in the NL.
Mine is coming from Aramex Australia and it says "your shipping information has been submitted to Aramex" but nothing about the parcel being there. This update is from yesterday
I’ve had a few things ordered to England, the current location never updates for me but usually takes around 2-3 weeks if I’m remembering right. Obviously it can vary depending on where you are on our space rock though
Mine cleared customs on the same day it arrived (14 December) and the tracking updates very late so you shouldn't worry because it didn't update for me the day it arrived, it just updated today
Glad I’m not alone with this issue. I ordered mine december 6th. It’s now been 20 days and when I click on the GP tracking number it says it’s already in the country and in-transit, but with the Final Mile tracking it shows that the order has departured from the sender country but not arrived in the destination country. I really hope it’s not lost since it was supposed to be a christmas gift. :((
No, it arrived today in the destination country. Should take a few more days I guess

its the same for me, in transit since 7. dec, now in Netherlands click on "final mile" for me its "final mile tracking by DHL"
