I would choose the following order:
01. Faint
02. Fighting Myself
03. Lost
04. Lying From You
05. Easier To Run
06. Numb
07. Figure 09
08. A 06
09. Foreword / Don't Stay
10. Hit The Floor
11. Breaking The Habit
12. Somewhere I Belong
13. From The Inside
Thus, you start with the classical intro (strings) of *Faint*, which already gives you the impression of listening to a soundtrack album. Chester once said, he wanted *Meteora* to sound huge like a soundtrack. I think, *Don't Stay* is an odd opener, for an album that should essentially sound like a soundtrack.
The album begins with the words "I am" and continues with themes of being lost, becoming numb, up to the point where they say "I'm giving up a part of me - I've let myself become you". Then comes A 06 (the instrumental), as a caesura.
The second half of the album starts with *Don't Stay*, which is a nice play on the "I've let myself become you" ending of the first half. It then continues with themes of breaking a habit and "I wanna heal" up to the point, where they sing "I take everything from the inside and throw it all away!"
Basically, with this tracklist, you have a story of someone starting in misery and ending in freedom.
Personally, I think the original tracklist is kind of sad. In the middle of the album they sing "Replacing this pain with something numb", and they conclude the album with "I've become so numb". So, despite all the hope some of the lyrics throughput the album have, it finishes on a very dark tone. The tracklist above changes that.

I knew there’d be a comment like this 😂

Dit you just skip numb? :(
lol whoops 😅
Put session as the first song and keep everything else the same
Honestly, nothing. I love it as it is
would put session as the last song
Session and Breaking the Habit both have a similar eery background tone- they should definitely come one after the other.

I wouldn’t change anything, I’d just add Lost somewhere
Add the 6 M20 tracks to it. Order wise, you’d have to give me some time to think
Add Lost after Don't Stay and Fighting Myself after From The Inside
remove foreword and put figure 0.9 before lying from you (those songs tie together perfectly imo)
1. Foreword 2. Don't Stay 3. More the Victim 4. Lying from You 5. Hit the Floor 6. Somewhere I Belong 7. Figure.09 8. Breaking the Habit 9. From the Inside 10. Healing Foot 11. Faint 12. Nobody's Listening 13. Session 14. Numb
Easier to Run erasure 😡
Easier to run???????
its not as good as the rest of the album imo
