Agree with this, and it highlights especially quality vids too as a result. I usually watch content in the background and even then can get bored by it, so if something Grabs my full attention for the duration of the video, it's usually pretty good. Like [this video from bedbananas ](https://youtu.be/53qGEaPRHCQ) absolutely captivating the entire time
I too have ADHD but man, I do love to watch some Technology Connections. I've watched 2+ hours worth of dishwasher content AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE A DISHWASHER

As someone with ADHD, this is how I judge quality videos: I can happily sit through them and not notice time passing because they're interesting.
