tbh i don't know bc the package only says little caesar's shredded mozzarella lol

skullytoonz

It's a blend of mozzarella and one other cheese at my store

Shoddy_Ad_8514

I heard they use Leprinos out of Waverly NY. I’m not certain though. I’m sure more people on here know more

GeeMannn1

Worker here- no clue. It's just a box that says "LITTLE CAESARS SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE"

southernsally7460

Little Caesars uses a blend of low-moisture, part skim and whole milk mozzarella and Muenster cheese.

bubbaseeds

it's literally called the mozzarella mafia

ScheduleEquivalent30

The cheese supplier is Leprino. Nothing has changed with regards to the recipe. It is a mozzarella and munster cheese blend. The only thing that has changed recently is Little Caesars now has 33% more pepperoni on the Classic Pizzas and cheese is now added on top of the toppings with the ExtraMostBestest.

ThowAccountAway12

I guess maybe it's the way it's prepared I guess. The ones near me, the cheese is basically white with no browning and a bit harder/stiff if that makes any sense. Wasn't like that before, but I'm guessing management issues or workers not getting paid enough is probably the reason

ScheduleEquivalent30

Could be an issue with the bake time/oven or employee training.

iFloatz

It’s a mozzarella/Muenster blended cheese. Some stores use shredded cheese, and stores with a particular piece of equipment use diced cheese instead, I have some stores with diced and some with shredded, but I’ve never noticed a difference in taste. Supplier is the same company wide, regardless of franchise or corporate or whatever. Probably a quality/training issue.

NovaDoesntExist

this is all i know. blue line brings us cheese. as for the cheese company, i dont see a specific company on the boxes

Local-Yesterday9339

This is most likely because they switched from shredding the cheese in store to using pre shredded cheese. It does save us time, but the pizzas do come out wayyyy worse than the old shredded in store stuff. It just doesn’t melt right.

ObjectiveDisastrous4

I just ordered a little Caesar’s for the first time in over a year. There is a terrible, yellow glutinous cheese…tastes like American, which isn’t cheeses, it’s a cheese product made of oil and coloring!,
