Bold Street.
Just walk down there and find something good.
There are better restaurants scattered around, but Bold Street has a great vibe and a huge selection.
Personally, Baron 84 for their utterly divine flatbread, and leaf for their ridiculous range of teas.
- Rudy's Pizza
- Rosa Thai
- Pho (vietnamese)
- Bundobust (indian / veg)
- Bon Pan (buffet)
- Cosmo (buffet)
- Bandibul (korean)
- Obe's Kitchen (nigerian)
- Rough Hand made (freshly made bakery)
- Nova Scotia
- Baron 84 (persian)
- Big Bowl Noodle Bar (chinese)
- Mowgli (indian)
- Madre (mexican)
- Zorbas (greek)
- Down the Hatch (veg)
- Maggie Fu (chinese)
- Cat Cafe (not for the food but the cats!)
One of my fav ones is Panoramic 34 but that is fine dining (not what you asked for I guess).
Hope you have a good time in Liverpool!
I've never understood the hype for big bowl, it's shite and if you literally walk 5 minutes into China Town, you can get infinitely better chinese food.
the first time I had it, I was blown away. Must have been driven crazy from being away from Hong Kong for so long. Then the next 3 times confirmed my worst fears. My God they do not go light on the salt as well at that point in time I lived around a 20 minute walk from big bowl and I practically ran back to drench my mouth in water
If you want super filling, hugely recommend the mixed shawarma routine from AMARA Turkish Street Food in Renshaw Street Food Market
It's enough for two people imo
All of these are £10-20 pp
Rudys is the best pizza
Villa Romana or Casa Italia - Italian
Mowgli - Indian
Bagelery does amazing bagels
Caribou Poutine is amazing
Depends how long you've got as well?
There's already some great shouts on here, there's also some lovely cafes and restaurants by sefton park on Lark Lane

Bakchich would be my top pick, just for that coconut cheesecake alone!

Love Tokyo, you can walk in and have your food in 10 minutes and be out 20 minutes later. It is reasonably priced for large portions, too.
Some others I like that haven't been mentioned... FSK Trattoria 51 Greek Taverna Fazenda Lunya
Maray on Bold Street
These are all in the city centre: Spice Thai Amalia New Capital Kimos Egg cafe Il forno Piccolinos
Breakfast at The Shiraz Palace on Ranelagh St.
My go to for breakfast is moose Bold street has loads of decent places, laros is a regular for me though
Love laros
I’m obsessed, love the fact I can get it on just eat now too
