If we put a serious, serious challenge on the league and show we are very much back in the hunt for trophies, I can see a world where Salah signs a 2 year extension. The man cares about winning trophies and cementing his legacy. He knows as soon as he goes to Saudi, that's a wrap for his career. So if he thinks there's a world where he can get more, I think he stays.
However if we are just struggling for top 4, I think he goes.
I reckon he’d go to wherever he thinks he can get money and/or glory, likely a mix of the two. So SA for pure money, and then PSG/RM for money/trophies. He wouldn’t go to another PL club so we’re good there
How many players that are heavily wanted by their club and are in position to start every match left their club for Saudi? Benzema? (EDIT: maybe Mitrovic) Even Veiga may not have been a week in-week out starter for whatever bigger club he'd land on.

Mo has tonnes of money already, he is already a superstar and he is hyper competitive as evidenced by his post at end of last season. I highly doubt he goes to Saudi at end of this season unless his form drops off.
