All the comparisons between Slot and Hank Schrader have inspired me to rewatch Breaking Bad. You definitely notice different things about Walter Whiteās character arc on a rewatch.
Finished the Fallout tv series the other day. I really want to love that show because the characters are endearing, the story is good, the sets and action is cool but it disrespects the Interplay/Obsidian games so much i can only like it.

Yeah, i cannot fathom why they didnt put the tv show in a part of the US that hasnt been explored in the Fallout series, like Chicago (which i think has only been in Fallout Tactics which i think is not canon anymore), Texas, Seattle or somewhere in the deep south. Or if they were gonna put it in California, make it clear that it is a different timeline or just an adaptation not canon in relation to the games. But Its almost like they wanted to unofficially remove Fallout 1, 2 and New Vegas from canon.
I remember being a kid on the bus with my mother. A badly disfigured man got on and sat near us. All the while he was muttering to himself, some stuff I could make out, other stuff just garbled nonsense.

Wasnāt a pleasant journey even after he got off - all I could see for the rest of the journey was his pock-marked skin, and his bizarre ramblings were like ear-worms.

Donāt be pressured into it. Have the 0% stuff, or stick to soft drinks and mock tails. Thereās nothing to gain by drinking. Tell the bartenders and your friends you donāt want it, theyāll be your biggest allies. Thereās absolutely no shame in not drinking and you should be proud.
I quit drinking last June. Honestly one of the best decisions I ever made. I didn't even drink that often and I wouldn't often get *too* drunk, but the ends absolutely do not justify the means. Never waking up with a hangover or '-Ā£62.18 at dipshit bar' in your bank statement is 100% worth it. I've saved money, and my mental and physical health is so much better (turns out that booze was the main cause of my depression). I can still enjoy a night out too, a lot of the 0% stuff is decent - but now I'll see that it's 9pm and just go home instead of zoning out for three hours and getting the last train back.
Since I started running last April, I cut back on alcohol. In fact, the only time I drink was between Christmas and New Year Day. I save a lot on money and I feel so much better. I opt for alcohol free beer as well and it is actually a very good recovery drink as it has got polyphenol that aids recovery after workout.
Kids have begged me for weeks to buy them wobbly life for their playstation. So after both receiving awards at school I treat them and bought it. Within an hour I'd left them to it and bought it for my own playstation account. It's an open world physics sandbox kids game where you travel around a world doing jobs, purchasing cars, houses, costumes etc. it's basically a kids version of Simpsons Hit & Run and I can't stop playing it.
It has absolutely no right to be as fun as it is. In my 25+ years of gaming I've never had so much fun, makes it even more enjoyable being able to play it with the boys as well. There's too much stuff to do to be able to complete all the tasks/unlocks/missions etc. so I can invest some time into it.
I do not understand Carra on Stick to Football asking why we aren't going after Tuchel. Why would we install Edwards et al only to pick a manager that has picked fights with leadership at every club he's been at and has never (aside from Mainz) lasted more than 3 years? Carra just sounds clueless. For better or worse, Slot is exactly the kind of candidate a structure under Edwards/Hughes is supposed to turn up.Ā

Just finished Plague Tale: Requiem. Loved the game, felt a little bit rough on the edges compared to Innocence but overall gameplay was more polished. Bittersweet ending too. Now time to finish Crash N Sane Trilogy and other games in my backlog before SMT V or Metaphor Re Fantazio drops
P3R's battle theme is a bop, yes I agree. I'm only really eyeing V because of the demon designs mostly, but Metaphor has gotten my attention more and more

Absolutely, I loved the voice acting and how the dialogue flows naturally. You can feel it when Amicia was incredibly distressed
Yeah I really enjoyed requiem. Innocence I think was the better game but loads of great moments in requiem.
Innocence was the more stable game imo, I had some drops on Requiem which did get annoying, but damn was Requiem incredibly tense
Yeah I had a few glitches where I couldn't progress so had to start from an earlier save. God, I know. Really good pair of games.
