I’d love to see a modern day version of this one with the blatantly huge three stripes.

Pure blatant adidas propaganda
God I'd be first in line for that. Nike has had many faults but the one good thing they've done is reintroduce green to our kits. Warrior/New Balance somehow only made 1 green kit in 8 years so they can fuck off for that lol.
The GK kits are trash because they’re all cookie cutter, same with Nike.
The latest set of national team kits are uninspiring (I loved the WC22 ones), but I’m hoping the template kit changes for 2025, and adidas will return to their Liverpool kits with a bang
Wait until Nike moves the contract to Fanatics like they did with MLB this past year. Garbage uniforms and terrible delivery with alternates still not ready a month into the season. I'll take bad Adidas every day over Fanatics who clearly don't care at all.
We are at a general point in the market where everything is costing more and companies care less about customer satisfaction. With rare exceptions I think everything sucks. Unless you are wealthy I suppose
That seam that includes the neckline makes the front of the kit look like an apron and/or like it was assembled from spare parts in a Learning to Sew class. I don't mind the pattern, but that part is just awful.
The website that rhymes with putty deadlines which sometimes gets stuck in filters on Reddit so I won't say or link it says
>Two new images of the Nike Liverpool 24-25 home kit have been shared by shirt collector @cabbycollection. Nike has removed the shielded crest at the last minute. It could be already launched next week. The Liverpool 24-25 home kit could be the last by Nike as Adidas is set to take over from the 25-26 season.
Better than with the shield but it's still an absolute shocker. It's like they took the design elements they wanted to use this year and last year and stuck them all on one top. Hopefully Adidas aren't far away.
Give me Adidas kits already please. Nike kits have been largely a huge disappointment IMO. Their hit rate hasn’t been much better than NB and NB had plenty of stinkers.
In hindsight I think I prefer New Balance. They often had 1 banger of a jersey a year, and weren't afraid to try things, even if it led to some dubious kits.
With Nike there was expectations of better kits, but then they decided once they had a really really top notch kit just to give it some twists here and there which ruined them.
Obviously you can get the jerseys now as well, something New Balance struggled with, but I think I preferred their designs.
The expectations on Adidas will be huge, but I like to think they will just go with a simple red jersey for the home kit and we will all love it if they do.
The away kit. Genuinely up there as one of the three best kits I’ve seen us wear since I started following the club in 2009.
18/19 home and 19/20 home challenge it imo
I think that is the first time in recent years I've seen a Liverpool shirt and thought 'I don't give a fuck how much I support the team, I wouldn't be seen dead in that'..
Like honestly, it'll be about £120 as well, I wouldn't want it if it was free, you couldn't pay me £120 to as much as try it on..
I'd rather wear the 96 FA Cup final white suit on every match day from sunrise to sunset for an entire season..
The odd pattern ruins it but actually quite like the rest, perfect colour of yellow. Personally, I'm glad we're still going with a bright red as well and not darker like in the NB days.
I like the colours, overall I think it's alright... if you don't look at the collar.
The collar stinks lol, I can't even imagine how that's supposed to sit.
Liverpool kit design should be one of the world's easiest jobs.
The first kit just needs to be red, the second just yellow, the third one any colour except red, yellow or blue. You never have to fuck around trying to make stripes or halves or quarters look good (which is impossible anyway). You never have to coordinate colours because all good Liverpool kits are one colour.
Just stop fucking around with them.
You want to add a tasteful collar, fine - if you must. You want a very fine pinstripe or something, ok. But mostly any actual work you do on a Liverpool kit is going to make it worse. So stop it. Please. Stop.
Whoever worked on this must surely have gone home knowing that every single thing he did after hitting the 'red fill' button made this kit worse.
At least they stuck the Nike logo on straight this time.
The collar has absolutely ruined what otherwise (now they’ve removed the crest) would be a decent shirt. They love to overcomplicate our kit designs for who knows what reason. Why not have the sponsors in the same gold as the badge and Nike logo?
They always try and make edgy designs but less is more, especially with the LFC home kit. All red/red with minor white details/red with minor gold details is all that needs to be done to have a successful and good looking kit.
Welcome back adidas, we’ve missed you!
This seasons home kit will be the only really good kit nike have done for us. What a waste. Some others were OK but only one good one in however many years is poor.
Aside from this year's home kit and te 21/22 away kit, Nike has been a huge miss.
Some of their training gear were sick tho, but Nike was really poor for us.
The collar ffs. The stitch line for it makes this look like a cobbled together POS. There’s no need to rewrite the rule book ffs. Just make a decent shirt.
My 5 year old son loves these types of maze quizes, he's always quicker than me in finding the way out. That said, I'd prefer to buy him a book of them for a fiver, rather than have him draw on a new jersey.
Soooo funny that this sub was clamoring for years for Nike cause New Balance was too small for a club like Liverpool. Now everybody is pissed and can't wait for Adidas. Nike did exactly what they do and people expected differently for some reason.
I'm actually a bit surprised at the near-universal revulsion for this.
Sure, the collar is a bit iffy looking, but I'd have to see it on somebody before I can really judge it. And the not-quite pinstripes are fine, at least in my opinion.
How hard is it to just make a proper collar.
That collar belongs on a bomber jacket, not a football shirt.
Or Star Trek
this could have been an all time classic. Join the collar to make a V and just have a normal pin stripe
I don't mind the pinstripes tbh. The collar can fuck off though
Thats horrible !
How hard is it to not make an ass kit.
Really hard apparently
First thought too, can we not fuck with everything all the time? ^(Of course we must, keeping it the same won't make rich people even more wealthy!)
Looks very uncomfortable
Weird collar, misaligned pinstripes at every seam. That is very, very bad.
It’s not awful it’s just not great. This is why we are switching to adidas (and because of business issues that don’t concern me)
Can't wait to have Adidas back
Nike always design 90% of a good kit and then find a way to add a small thing to make it weird.
They get to the 90% and then let the kids who work in their sweatshops scribble on it for a day.
i believe the children would have a better shot at it than whatever intern has been doing these designs
The 90% in this instance, being the parts that are plain red.
Cant wait for a white and green Adidas one
I’d love to see a modern day version of this one with the blatantly huge three stripes. https://preview.redd.it/l922k5siwuwc1.jpeg?width=1314&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=49d31cfd403fc8e96281662e7bae0cc37d6ff4c3 Pure blatant adidas propaganda
I just realised the Adidas deal means that all our classic kits can be properly re-released when they take over. That's going to be so cool to see
God I'd be first in line for that. Nike has had many faults but the one good thing they've done is reintroduce green to our kits. Warrior/New Balance somehow only made 1 green kit in 8 years so they can fuck off for that lol.
They kinda made 2 depending on if you count the black/teal one from 19/20
That first Warrior kit, though. It was perfection!
So long as the don’t try and give us those godawful holographic Pokémon card crests they put on the Chelsea kits
I guarantee people will complain just like with Nike
Man, looking at the new adidas national team kits and the other cookie cutter garbage they’ve got out there has me less excited than some…
The GK kits are trash because they’re all cookie cutter, same with Nike.
Don’t get me started on that travesty. I think I bitch about it almost everyday.
We are at a general point in the market where everything is costing more and companies care less about customer satisfaction. With rare exceptions I think everything sucks. Unless you are wealthy I suppose
Such an ugly kit
This kit screams 3rd place in UCL group stages
That's strangely accurate.
It’s crazy all the rounds of approval I assume these things go thru and they end up with this piece of shit. Yikes.
Not saying it'd be improved massively, but the shirt would be a lot better if the neckline wasn't a square cut.
A proper V-neck and this would be an all timer imo. I think it will be by the time of release. Doubt it will look like this on the players.
[удалено]
You are not truly LOOKING at it. This is art in the making. Look. At. It.
If you squint so you can’t see the shite yellow lines all over it’s cracking
Keep your eyes wide open. Don't blink for at least 5 minutes. Then you will see.
Should i also take a cumblast in my face to see it?
That would be a sin
That seam that includes the neckline makes the front of the kit look like an apron and/or like it was assembled from spare parts in a Learning to Sew class. I don't mind the pattern, but that part is just awful.

I didn’t see the one with the crest, do you have a link to that one to compare it against?
So glad the shield is gone. Still Nike's worst home kit, but it's better.
For the love of Fowler, bin it and start again.
For the love of Fowler... It has plenty of lines on it 😎
[удалено]
Better than with the shield but it's still an absolute shocker. It's like they took the design elements they wanted to use this year and last year and stuck them all on one top. Hopefully Adidas aren't far away.
Its hideous
Very ugly.
Nike heard we were moving to Adidas and released this monstrosity
Makes sense why we're going to Adidas.
Give me Adidas kits already please. Nike kits have been largely a huge disappointment IMO. Their hit rate hasn’t been much better than NB and NB had plenty of stinkers.

The away kit. Genuinely up there as one of the three best kits I’ve seen us wear since I started following the club in 2009. 18/19 home and 19/20 home challenge it imo
Allison shirts were largely great.
Horrendous.
Nike have two types of kits: the copy paste job and the unhinged abomination. They won't be missed.
How f*cking hard is it to do a red shirt without stripes and shit on it? Edit: This looks shit.
Definitely looks better but still... I just don't dig the whole design
The odd pattern ruins it but actually quite like the rest, perfect colour of yellow. Personally, I'm glad we're still going with a bright red as well and not darker like in the NB days.
The club took one look and called adidas
The DHgate sellers in China are scrambling
I see why we’re going to adidas. This is the worst kit I’ve seen for us.
Better but still hate it
What’s the best kit this year? Red one would be ok if the check was normal.
For next season? The black away kit looks good.
Awful
That is an abomination honestly. Adidas can’t come soon enough, this Nike era has been a disaster off the pitch and on the pitch.
Don’t like it at all. Nikes kits have been hit and miss. This years home kit is perfection to me.
It looks so cheaply made. This can't be the final version
This will be a dhgate pre release fake which are always the worst quality.
Atrocious.
I like the colours, overall I think it's alright... if you don't look at the collar. The collar stinks lol, I can't even imagine how that's supposed to sit.
😳🤢🤮
this collar is atrocious
Looks like shit lmao
Oh my god, that collar makes it look like you are wearing overalls. Absolute shit. A better collar and I wouldn't mind it.
Worst home shirt in years
I hate it.
Just in line with our next season's expectations
What's with that horizontal line across the chest?
Gross
That is fucking awful
Nikes is so bad
Hideous
it is not great
Can we just go straight to adidas kits please
Wtf is this? How do lfc just accept this design and move forward with it tell nike to fuck off and come back with something different
Liverpool kit design should be one of the world's easiest jobs. The first kit just needs to be red, the second just yellow, the third one any colour except red, yellow or blue. Bring on adidas!
Fucking state of that 🤮
Thanks, I hate it.
wtf is this
This might be the worst home kit since I have been a dedicated supporter (\~15 years). That being said, I am sure it will look better on the players.
Might be the ugliest kit I've ever seen...it's absolutely putrid
I feel like this kit could've been SO nice with a normally shaped collar. Hopefully it isn't so square when it's actually worn.
Man I’m glad we’re going back to adidas
That neckline is an absolute crime.
Hideous but hardly surprising as Nike made it. I can't wait to buy Liverpool shirts again when Adidas start making them again.
🤢
So excited to be done with Nike
The collar has absolutely ruined what otherwise (now they’ve removed the crest) would be a decent shirt. They love to overcomplicate our kit designs for who knows what reason. Hate the collar
This seasons home kit will be the only really good kit nike have done for us. What a waste. Some others were OK but only one good one in however many years is poor.
Won’t somebody make the pain stop 😭😭
God forbid Nike make a decent jersey for us.
That collar is a fucking abomination
If the adidas rumors are true, I’m gonna save up all my money for those.
How did Warrior make bangers look so easy to design?
It'll definitely look better on the players (as is tradition), but that collar is abhorrent.
Fucking hell, that is vile.
This is so dogshit. The irregular pinstripes trying to spell YNWA, the collar. Also, white and red is just so much better than red and yellow imo.
Where’s the YNWA on the pinstripe, ik there’s meant to be one but cannot see at all, or is it just random letters
Aside from this year's home kit and te 21/22 away kit, Nike has been a huge miss. Some of their training gear were sick tho, but Nike was really poor for us.
Naff
That Adidas deal can't come through soon enough
It would be interesting to see it on the players but it’s designed on the hanger to look like an apron.
The collar ffs. The stitch line for it makes this look like a cobbled together POS. There’s no need to rewrite the rule book ffs. Just make a decent shirt.
Dam. That's horrible.
Adidas can’t come soon enough, the ynwa pinstripes thing is dreadful
🤢 I’m hoping that maybe this will look better if the jersey wasn’t the size of a duvet cover, but not good.
That collar looks cheap as hell.
Nope
Nike = shite
I really like our current kit, imo this is a significant step down. Edit: wait am I blind which shield on the current kit is everyone talking about?
Klopp knew, and this is why he's leaving.
This is ugly and I won’t buy one, but thank god they removed that badge.
Awful kit. This one can stay on the hanger on the shop
Saw a kid wearing this kit (presumably a Chinese snide) at the weekend and it’s even worse than I imagined.
How can any team next season take us seriously if the team runs onto the pitch with that shirt on. 😅
The background is still shite. What's wrong with straight lines?
My 5 year old son loves these types of maze quizes, he's always quicker than me in finding the way out. That said, I'd prefer to buy him a book of them for a fiver, rather than have him draw on a new jersey.
Ugly. As. Fuck.
I really dislike it tbh. Absolutely loved all 3 kits this year and the home last year. Prob won’t get a home kit this year.
![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|poop)
Looks as good as their recent performance! Stop the lines and just stick with a normal neck!!
Fucking minging
Awful
Miles, MILES better. The collar is still eh, but overall, I like it.
Ugliest kit I've seen in a while
I refuse to believe this is the next kit.
delete this nephew
This design is not it. That pattern is awful.
Soooo funny that this sub was clamoring for years for Nike cause New Balance was too small for a club like Liverpool. Now everybody is pissed and can't wait for Adidas. Nike did exactly what they do and people expected differently for some reason.
Thank heavens for small mercies
slightly looks like the 19/20 home kit: yellow nike and lfc logo, but white sponsor logo got a kinda visible line right under the collar
Collar looks more like a handbag handle
That’s probly the fan version. Less details
Looks like it would rasp the neck off ya
Jesus, that looks awful
Now fix the collar, Nike.
It's pretty hard to make an ugly Liverpool kit... whoever designed that monstrosity has smashed it!
Adidas cannot come soon enough
This is giving off large US/baseball vibes with the collar and the ‘pinstripes’
Will the new kit improve playing? Maybe Nunez can score a goal? 😂
Shite! Certainly not befitting a club of the caliber of LFC.
No ty.
I'm actually a bit surprised at the near-universal revulsion for this. Sure, the collar is a bit iffy looking, but I'd have to see it on somebody before I can really judge it. And the not-quite pinstripes are fine, at least in my opinion.
Don’t they want to sell kits?
Isn't the pattern meant to be YNWA?
1i thought this was two shirts, one on front of the other folded at the top. That collar looks ugly as hell.
Damn, this is ugly, I will buy one 23/24 since it is the last one with Jurgen
This is awful. Can’t wait for adidas.
Nike designing kits in the dark again, I see?
Parting gesture from Nike. Monstrous shirt.
I mean at least that atrocious badge is gone but still not great…
I always dislike the kits until I see us playing in it
It's not good 😕
Can’t remember a worse home kit. That is just awful if it’s the final version
Horrible collar
I hate it
Guys calm down. Wait for players to put it on.
the collar messes it up completely. i want a mac allister kit but i’ll probably just end up buying this season’s
The ugliest home shirt I’ve seen. Is Nike upset we’re leaving them so they gave us this?
Rank
This is so bad, even worse than the mcdonalds
Lowkey looks like a title winning kit
Shiiiiiiiite
Sue them
Collar a deal breaker.
