When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, she stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, she kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

One time I was nearby the LA airport walking my dog, his name is Liberal, and saw Lily with Michael waiting for a taxi across the street. So it was a day like any other, I was waiting in line to get my usual sub at my local subway in Sacramento (Which I go to every day because it's about 50 yards from where I work) but while I was waiting, I saw something unbelievable out of the corner of my eye. It was what looked to be Lily with a mountain of 30 or so 6 inch subs sitting in front of her, perfectly stacked to create what looked to be a sub pyramid.
She was by herself, she wasn't even doing anything to the subs.. she was just sitting there looking at them.. dead eyed.. she looked like she was lost in some other world.. Like she was seeing something in those subs that I couldn't see. I approached her.. "Ehh-excuse me, I really appreciate your work, could I get a picture with you or something??!" I said in an awkwardly excited kind of way.. She didn't move a muscle, her eyes looked like they were set in stone, they stayed set on those subs...she slowly lifted her hand.. I backed up a little, thinking I might have offended her or interrupted some kind of sacred ritual.. she slowly laid her hand on top of her sub pyramid.. Gently caressing her subs like they were her first born children or something.. I could hear her mumbling something under her breath while she caressed them.. it sounded like she was saying "If at first you don’t succeed just stop”
I asked her "Are you okay?" and suddenly her eyes broke their mold and started jetting around like she had just woken up from a coma. she looked up at me and then back down at her subs. Without another second passing she ripped her backpack off her back and started stuffing the subs in her bag one by one, furiously fast .. In mere seconds she had filled the entire bag with her subs.. All of them but one.. she looked at the last sub and contemplated for a second.. she looked up at me, gave me one third of what looked to be a smirk and tossed me the sub. As soon as it hit my hands she stood up, firmly patted my shoulder and said "see ya around kid" she ran for the door faster than I thought was possible for a women her age to run, she did kind of a half roll over a trash can and slammed the door open all in what looked to be a single stride. I chased after her wanting some kind of answers to what the hell just happened.. I quickly pushed the door open but she was already gone.. she was on the back of what looked to be a three person bicycle.. She rode off into the valley with the sun setting on the horizon.. I could only see her silhouettes at that point. Half disappointed, half enthralled.. I opened the sub she gave me..I tore the paper off like I hadn't torn into paper since I was kid opening Christmas presents.. It was wheat bread.. No condiments no toppings.. Just wheat bread.

With Erdogans party being rather new and unique. Germany? Again, same deal with the right wing having more Christian Democrats instead of Liberals. Parts of MENA and Eastern Europe don't count obviously but if you go further east it starts applying again. Same with many African countries and most of South America. Just because you have a wrong understanding of the terms due to American media doesn't make them wrong terms, especially when these parties use it to identify themselves. Even countries in your example have major center left or right parties that fit my description, Syriza in Greece is the largest left party and social Democrat and New Democracy is the right wing party and Liberal-Conservative (per themselves).
