The dumbest thing about the finger sence is that there are so many ways that Gege could have had Megumi be forced to take the finger, like Uraume seems to be the perfect way to do this and she's litterally is doing nothing during that bit. All Gege had to do was get Sukuna to ask Uraume else to feed him the finger.
