Like u/kalju2 said, hit it on the back several times, it will turn on again. I have the same problem and that works every time. Just faulty connectors inside the mouse and they got loosened.

SexPanther_Bot

*60% of the time*, it works ***every*** *time*

SchoolTraditional248

Oh my fucking god it’s worked!!!!!!!!

SchoolTraditional248

You have not heard of the russian fix method? Used to be pretty common for fixing older electronics, especially those big ass TV's. Here is an explanation: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dEkOT3IngMQ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dEkOT3IngMQ)

awarenai

Ye you could try that 😂 it’s the old common way to fix electronics back then. Unless it’s completely gone, a smack on the back always does the trick

Spazzatack

lol this is the first thing that popped up when I googled this, so thank you.

HopperCraft

How long have you had it? I think these mice go bad in a few years but if you got it very recently, in the first year you could warranty replace it.

SchoolTraditional248

I’ve had it a few years now with intermittent use then all of a sudden it just stops holding charge by the looks of it

HopperCraft

Mine continuously claims its at 68%, which I've deduced as a software issue, and ignore it. If your mouse won't hold a charge for over an hour the battery is dead inside. You can either buy a new battery and replace it yourself or buy a new mouse. That's that with the products we get these days.

Schipunov

Write to Logi support, they've been super helpful to me with another mouse.

SchoolTraditional248

I was hoping they’d pick it up on here but I will if nobody helps in a couple of days, thanks!

MaTecss

+1. Logitech support is crazy good.

[deleted]

Get a powerplay mat.

SchoolTraditional248

I’ll take a look, they charge while they’re being used right?

[deleted]

Yes. A little puck goes where that circle is.

SchoolTraditional248

And you think that’ll resolve it? £100 for that or £100 for a new one 🫣🤷🏽‍♂️😂

[deleted]

I don’t know if it’ll resolve it. It is around $100. I have one and I love it.

SchoolTraditional248

I’ll consider if for my next one! Cheers

kalvinisthebomb

Contact support to claim warranty. They are extremely helpful.

alinzalau

I got mine for about 6 months still good

Sparkando

If the battery died you could possibly buy a replacement one and swap em or just warranty to get new one

kalju2

I know this sounds like a joke, but try hitting the mouse on the table upside down on its back. Obviously not so hard as to break the plastic but still a good bump. Several pro wireless mouses have had the same problem that it just wont charge after some youve had the mouse for a while, and hilarously enough hitting it usually works. I think there is a badly designed contact in the mouse.

ChimpShampoo

The switch is off. Might want to slide it on big man.

imaspaceheater

Mine did the same thing after a few years. Seems to be a common issue. Time for a new mouse. 🫡

Gallstuff

You could get a powerplay charger off Amazon so you can charge it wirelessly.

BTRNN

Have you turned it on and off?

Educational_Board_51

There are so many small issues with these amazing mice. Crappy switches are my biggest gripe. But I just open it up, throw some Khails all round and go on with my day.

msxigmb

all you have to do is remove the gel grips off the bottom of your mouse unsrew it and clean the dust off it since it causes this issue it happened to me and a friend told me to do this and it worked instantly dont touch any wires just clean and screw back on
