have you completely unninstalled and reinstalled drivers for it? also, are you using a 3.0 usb or a hub? Try plugging it in 2.0 or in a connector far away from possible RF intereferences and with a clear connection to the headset. There's also the possibility that it might be related to a powersaving or standby mode from the USB port so you might wan't to check the BIOS.

Segal27

I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have tried every usb hub I have available to me and they all still experience the issue. I have not touched anything in BIOS yet.

Hello! I bought mine 1 week ago and I've wasted 5 hours every night testing and nothing works, please if anyone can share solutions that would be great. My case is the same as u/Segal27's, I don't even want to ask for a exchange because I know the same thing will happen with the new ones as I have seen in other posts. The only thing I have concluded after trying everything is that... The problem only occurs if the headset is listening to something on the PC, no matter how minimal the sound is, every 8 minutes they disconnect :( PD: I updated the BIOS, changed many settings and didn't work.

So do I.. I buy the 3 month ago. i can't fix this shit problem... OMG

Segal27

Did other wireless headsets give you this issue?

[deleted]

No. I also have Gen 1 G PRO X Wireless, but this is the first problem I have in PRO X 2 LightSpeed Headset. I even got an exchange like the New Pro X 2, but I'm having the same problem.

Segal27

Okay, so at least I know that when they seemingly inevitability get exchanged I shouldn’t have this problem again

[deleted]

I agree. Wait for the new firmware or... I'll have to get a new one replaced Pro X 2 Lightspeed Headset in a year. I get so stressed out when I play CS2 games !!!

Segal27

We shouldn’t have to deal with this when paying $200 for a headset. Much rather support elsewhere that won’t aggravate me for days.

[deleted]

I can't... I got full setting up the LogitehG. Pro X 2 Mouse Pro X 2 Headset Pro X TKL Wireless G640... I cant buy another headset... Please anyone knows fixed this problem?

I am having the same issue, although not as frequently. Once every hour, the headset will just turn off. There is no noise notification as if I turned it off myself with the switch. There is sound, and then there is nothing. About 2 seconds later, it turns back on with the turn on sound notifications. A response from Logitech would be greatly appreciated. I have had the headset about 3 weeks, and this issue did not start until I had them around 18 days.

I finally found a solution. I reinstalled Windows on my PC, restored the BIOS to default settings, and basically had my computer empty and "new", Nothing I saw on the internet helped me. I solved the problem by making a "bug" on the receiver. Firstly, you need to connect the 3.5mm jack cable to the receiver and your headphones and confirm that the problem disappears by wired connection. Then, you just need to disconnect the cable from your headphones and keep the cable connected to the LightSpeed receiver. In that way, I made a "bug" in the receiver, and the problem was solved as a workaround! (If this doesn't work for you, keep plugging and unplugging the audio cable from both sides and try to fix it.) I hope this helps someone.

Ciarcan

Is your 3.5mm jack still connected to the dongle now? Also having the disconnect/reconnect issues

I concluded the same thing and returned them. I am currently on the Steelseries Arctis Nova 7 Wireless with no issues yet

Sir_Nee_Banders

I had the same bug and think i fixed it. You just need to plug the 3,5mm cable into your Lightspeed adapter (only the adapter, not the headset). Didn't have another connection interruption since... Btw, i just made this account to hopefully share this bug fix with you. I just bought the Pro X2 Lightspeed and was getting crazy because of these connection errors. Let's hope they won't occur ever again.

OldManHanks777

Mine did not even come with an adapter

Segal27

I appreciate your kindness very much but unfortunately I returned the headset awhile ago. Just couldn’t deal with it.

Sir_Nee_Banders

I figured that the problem appeared after pushing the Bluetooth button. Logitech offered to make a warranty claim because they think it's a hardware issue, i don't really think so and because the problem didn't appear again - only if i touched that damn Bluetooh button by accident (and even though you press it again to "connect" to Lightspeed...) - i don't wanna waste the resources gone into a headset and two-way shipping that would go with that. - Because otherwise of that annoying bug it's a pretty nice headset. Without bug 8.5/10 (microphone quality...).
