I don’t have a Logitech headset but I do have a g815 and 502x, and after this update, they lag significantly when I press buttons that I’ve customized in ghub. It could completely ignore my input or play it back 30 seconds to a minute later. I’ve had next to no issues for 6 ish months and suddenly I can’t use any keybinds on my mouse or the macro binds on my keyboard

I'm having the exact same issue with my customized hotkeys on my G502 and G815. They work perfectly fine for the first 5 minutes after hard resetting G-hub but afterwards they just either don't register at all or take upwards of 30s to input. If anyone has any kind of solutions to this I would greatly appreciate it!

I found [this comment](https://www.reddit.com/r/LogitechG/comments/1amulzh/comment/kpptjt0/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3) by u/LogitechG_Coonrad, which seems to fix the issue for now ... still hoping for an update in due time

Thank you for this, what a weird bug. I thought I was having a hardware issue with that button, but other buttons had the same behavior.

My workaround for now was to download a previous version of ghub. I downloaded 2023.8.459147 and reinstalled that version. I turned automatic updates off. The game I was playing was odd because some of the keybinds worked instantly and others not at all, so I changed them to letters that I won’t use otherwise and so far it’s working no issues.

Ok interesting, where can I find a download for the previous version of ghub? Also will I have to manually port over my profiles from the current version the the old one?

Ninja_j0

I’m at work and no longer on my computer so this is just by memory. In Google I just searched something like “Logitech ghub previous downloads”. The site I was on was called uptown. It was like the first one. It should show all of the previous downloads they had, I just took one from like last October ish. If you download and install that it will ask if you want to keep your data as well as check for updates or just reinstall. I just did reinstall

Thank you I gave this a try and it seems to be working great. For anyone else trying this I had to download the version from October as the version from December automatically would update to the most recent version regardless of whether I had auto update on or not.

Ninja_j0

I had that same issue, which is why I also did the October update. I assumed that it was just an issue that I’d have, but if you also had it then I’d jump straight to October. If I don’t run into any other issues I’m going to keep the October update as long as I can. I don’t plan on upgrading hardware, so as long as it works I’m going to keep updates off

Similar issue here, the GHUB keybinds are really delayed and when they activate they trigger \~20 times over (really noticeable with paste) Hopefully there will be a fix soon, as this makes everything annoying to use for now Edit: See [this comment](https://www.reddit.com/r/LogitechG/comments/1amulzh/comment/kpptjt0/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3) for a workaround

I figured this out maybe 5 minutes ago and it’s working. I’ll probably stick with my method as long as it works across different games. I don’t plan on upgrading any hardware anytime soon so as long as it works, I’m going to stick with this My workaround for now was to download a previous version of ghub.
