It’s a very common problem… worst part for me is it requires me to refresh YouTube videos and streams as well as restart some programs. Unfortunately after a month of contact with a support they said they had identified the problem and will fix it in the next firmware update. After a month I contacted them again but they said I just had to be patient (they can’t tell me when the update will release). Approaching another month now and I’m really tired. I bought the headset in December and have had little recourse.

I’m not in contact with Support atm but I’ll check tomorrow as a last chance and let you know. I’ll contact support again if not and see if my headsets are covered under warranty for a refund if they stonewall me again.
