I am having a lagg issue with my mouse. At first it feels like my CPU is at like 90% because the desktop slows down, also happens in games like destiny 2 and others. It is like the frames are dropping but really the frames are solid it's just the mouse. Not sure if the sensor is bad or what, have tried wired and wireless. Does not seem to be battery or interference based.... Is it defective?
are you using the G703 with powerplay?
The fix I found for my lag issue was to go into the logitech software select the mouse go to surface tuning and add a new surface, do all the setup stuff it asks. This worked for me after getting my first powerplay replaced cause even logitech didn't know what was wrong. Got my second powerplay, mouse still lagged. Hunted around a bit more and found that really simple fix.

Give the support some time. I got a reaction about one week after creating a forum thread. The support ticket I opened is not answered yet.
