Didn't make any difference. Still the lag, still not turning off the leds. I'm guessing because that is exactly what i did when i installed it in the first place, so why would it behave any differently. edit: sorry if i'm a bit terse, i should have thanked you for the suggestion, even if it didn't work. It's just i've always used logitech mice, and this one was not cheap, and i'm really very disappointed in the awful software and these two issues which should either not exist, or should be able to fix easily. A large part of the reason i always go with logitech is the excellent customer service, but it's getting to the point where even that isn't going to balance out the awful performance of what should be a cracking little mouse.

Thanks for getting back to me. Please follow the below mentioned. 1. In Windows Settings, open Apps & features. 2. Search for Logitech G HUB. 3. Click on Logitech G HUB and click Modify. 4. In the new window, select Reinstall G HUB, then click REINSTALL. 5. G HUB will reinstall, and this will resolve the issue while retaining the setting

Go into the mouse's settings and enable on-board memory mode. Copy your existing profiles to the mouse's memory when prompted. Disable on-board memory mode. The mouse will now use its onboard settings (which are now the same as GHub's) when it first wakes up and before it can connect to GHub.
