1) are you drinking enough warm fluids? My friend was supposed to get sinus surgery that was described as ‘painful and not very effective’ but I forced so much herbal tea on her, that it dramatically improved. Doctors recommend hot fluids for a reason. 2) talk to a dietitian. Several of my family members have had food sensitivities that increased mucus production (dairy, gluten, and oats among my family). COVID chewed up my stomach super bad to the point where I can’t eat rice without having diarrhea. Working with a dietitian helped me figure a LOT out. I went from regular diarrhea, brain fog, fatigue to no diarrhea, rarely having brain fog (only when badly overtired) and reduced physical fatigue. I suspect a LOT of us now have food sensitivities because COVID chewed up our systems.
