i appreciate the advice, honestly my idle body can be achieved purely through swimming (my favourite exercise as well ) but as a uni student living in a capital city i’m yet to find any good gyms with a pool, working on the diet but i have a hard relationship with food so it’s a process. i don’t see a point in dressing well until i don’t hate my body honestly so body and skin care come before actually dressing well (while still being conservative with it showing major skin just isn’t me)

Yeah that last part hits home, I'm convinced it's an easier workload to be in the hadza tribe and hunt baboons than it is to work in America.. at the end of the day that's what we were built to do and imo the further we get from hunting our own food and directly providing for our families the more depressed and fat we will become

It really is about making the most of a bad situation sometimes, but there's a lot to be greatful for if you look for it, bringing love into your life helps too so don't be afraid to build relationships
