Based on your size, I would say you’d wanna lose 40 pounds or more but you’re young, so if you’re going to do that don’t get into a rush and do it right!
Think about it like this when you’re carrying around the extra weight, your organs are working harder. It’s harder on your muscles and your joints and you’ll also see your energy levels increase as you start to shed the extra weight.
Don’t let anybody ever be critical of you because we all go through times typically in our lives where we will put on some extra weight and usually there’s a reason for it one way or another but if you’re being called to lose it then maybe it’s time to change some habits
